Horrible experience here. All of their baked goods are not what they say they are. When I asked about it (I was given a bran muffin with carrot) when I ordered a triple berry I was confronted in a rude manner with an attitude from the staff.

The buffalo chicken wrap here is the best wrap I’ve ever had from an airport. Tastes good and loaded with chicken throughout. Muffin was fresh, moist and good as well. My kids devoured it.

Loooong wait. Definitely need more staff at peak hours in the morning or way to grab and go faster ahead of a flight.

Coffee 16 oz is $5. The barista says he had a rough day when starting at 5am and is rude. What is his problem? Don't take it out on us.

This place is ok.. they have a small selection of food (sandwiches and wraps). the wrap was ok, but the staff is nice and they try to get you on your way quickly.

Amazing pastries. Attended to by an amazing, knowledgeable customer friendly young man.

Staff were terribly rude, refused to heat up a sandwich for me then immediately offered to heat up my husbands cinnamon knot, which turned out to be so dry and stale our plastic fork broke in half trying to eat it. Coffee was absolutely awful, and my husbands chai latte was just poorly steamed milk over an un steeped tea bag.

Avoid at all costs.

Nice quiet space near the end of YYJ departures at the lower level (AC gates) just passed Spinnakers On The Fly.

The breakfast Bacon-Egg-Cheddar PowerBite at $4.50! was delicious and just the right size for a pre-flight snack/ mini-lunch.

Good service, fast and prices acceptable - but $4.50 for PowerBite is 'da bomb...Oops, don't say that at ANY airport:)?.

Check-in online, show up 2-hours early, visit YYJ's third floor Eagles Lounge, then lounge with a nourishing snack for $4.50...at an airport! In Canada!

Yeah, it's worth a try.

View is nice and the space is open, sunny, and comfortable.

How do you make a chai latte with a tea bag still in the cup? I got a cup of tea with milk froth on top. Waste of money. Staff said I just wasn’t used to real Chai latte.Glad you are always right and my opinion is irrelevant as per your response to my review.

The coffee and the service were the saving grace. Easily the worst sandwich I have ever had in my life. Just caked in mayo, the bun was soggy with a slab of overprocessed meat and sad soggy lettuce which immedietly needed to be pulled off. Very dissapointing. Save your money.
