They need a real barista. I just wanted a espresso based drink. The vanilla cream cold brew got my attention. The guy who made it took about 20s ; I suspected it would be bad. But too late cant return it, I got in the car and took a sip. It tasted bitter almost like fuel. Starbucks did little for it's reputation allowing its drinks to be made here. Three stars only because I didn't try other items.

Disgusting, an embarrassment. BC Ferries should be ashamed.

Got a breakfast flatbread. $10. There was nothing breakfast about it. You can see on the photos the sprinkle of “scrambled egg”. Yes, those 1/4” flakes, all 4 of them are the eggs. Brutal. The photo on the menu board sure made it look tasty.

I do not consider a picky man, when it comes to coffee. I’m pretty happy with cowboy coffee, even if I have to chew the grounds a little, or even Tim Hortons if it’s a real caffeine emergency.

So listen, good people, when I say that the so-called latte I ordered here had a taste so indescribable, so utterly unlike coffee, that I’ve taken to the internet to complain about it.

Imagine, if you will, a mixture of campfire ashes and slightly burnt, sour milk. Perhaps with a hint of citrus. That does not do the taste justice, really, but the substance I sipped at the Lands End Cafe cannot be explained by the mere written word.

No doubt, had I swallowed more than a few sips, the Lands End would have tragically become my life’s end.

Heed my warning. Just buy a soda or something.

Breakfast flatbread was surprisingly tasty. I was expecting greasy something but it wasn't. It looked tiny but after eating half of it, it was pretty good. Not bad for ferry food.

DONT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS

We take our truck over daily, and unfortunately sometimes we're hungry and forced to eat this cardboard microwaved prepackaged over priced garbage. Prices are insane....and the portions are small for bad qaulity gross food.

Bc ferries should be ashamed to allow this
Highway robbery

My frozen lunch meals are way better, cheaper...bigger portions.

It was cold, so I bought a cup of clam soup while waiting for the ferry. It was surprisingly delicious...

Food is disgusting and overpriced, and seem to be trying to cater more to the Starbucks crowd as opposed to families. If your kid wants a piece of cardboard dressed up as "artisan flatbread" then you're in luck, but if you want something like a basic hot dog then you'll have to wait for the seasonal outdoor food booth to be open so they can fleece you for like 9 bucks for a weiner. It's disgraceful that they have way better food options on the boats than they do at this terminal—do yourself a favor and instead either eat on the boat or drive 5 minutes to Sidney. This place does not deserve your business until they rework the menu, in both content and quality. Whoever is responsible for the current menu should be ashamed.

It's a Starbucks. So trash Starbucks quality like usual. Their coffee is insanely hot. It's day 1 stuff you'd learn as a barista at any other cafe. Doing boil the damn milk.

Low quality food and drinks for high prices. Service is slow enough to cause missed boardings. The seats and tables are uncomfortable and dirty. It's better to eat on the ferry.

I have never been to such a poorly run cafe. They refuse to make a drink with alternative milk options and will only provide alternative milks for Americanos—what?

They refused to make a London fog even though they have all the ingredients and use a pump syrup to make chai.

Unless you want food, black coffee, Americanos, or dairy-based drinks. This place will not help you.

We stopped by for lunch before boarding our ferry to Vancouver and had a delightful meal. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, a caprese flatbread, a ham and cheese croissant, and a chai tea latte. The food was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying, with each item perfectly prepared. The bagel was soft and tasty, the flatbread was light and savory, and the croissant was flaky and filled with delicious ham and cheese. The chai tea latte was warm and comforting, making it an ideal meal before our journey. A great spot to grab a quick and tasty bite before traveling!

We didn't try the food and drink there. The price is way too high for a food court. All food are ready in the fridge. Maybe, the rent is way too high too?
I give 3 stars are for the seating area.
It's better you eat at the ferry later if you are not too hungry.
The only good side of this cafe is the toasters, microwave oven and some paper towel, paper plates on the table.
This is a great help for someone needs to heat up the baby's food.
The sitting area is not bad.
The restrooms are not clean even on weekday. B.C. Ferries should do something on it.
