I brought my senior friend to The Roost and she was thrilled. She had surgery recently and this was one of her first outings. She was so happy that the barista was able to make her complicated coffee choice perfectly and the GF cookie she had to go with it was divine. It was just a very quick stop going to the ferry. The place is decorated with rooster paintings, decors, and accessories. You can order hot breakfast or choose from the yummy pastries. Better grab what you want or lose it. Pastries usually get sold out quickly with no re stocking except for sticky buns/ cinnamon rolls.
You can also score some yesterday's bake for half the price. I'd you are not so picky =).
