Food was excellent, as was the service. Very friendly and quick. We were disappointed in the wine however. It is definitely not worth going there for wine tasting, but if you're looking for a great meal in a friendly atmosphere this is your place.
I recently went here for a sit-down meal. I have mostly done take-outs in the past. On this visit, I thought the hard-to-read sign out front said to take a menu and choose a seat. I did that and waited and waited at my table for a server. Good food with a unique self-service concept!
We enjoyed our meal here overall. I had the smoked salmon benny and thought it was very good - well-prepared and flavorful. My wife ordered the cinnamon bun french toast, which she found to be average.
What makes this place unique is the ordering system - you place your order and then sit at your table, but you serve yourself everything else. It’s an interesting concept that works well for the casual atmosphere.
