$65 for a stale dry bagel and fake scrambled eggs that have been sitting in a warmer for hours. You are better off starving until you reach your destination. Not once person seated around us finished their breakfast…

Really disappointed in the totally flippant attitude the cashier had towards Celiac disease and gluten free options. No, a gluten free bun alone does not make that a gluten free option. I used to feel safe eating here, now I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with a dietary concern. Spinnakers, I suggest you take down your signage around being allergen aware at to speak to your staff if you don’t plan of training them appropriately.

What a dump!!! Got seated at a dirty table, asked the server to wipe it down he wiped the crumbs so they fell onto my jacket and bags! The beer was decent but very small, burger was ok, fries were old and dried out. I am surprised that spinnakers accepts this level of service. Very disappointed!

Ordered the full breakfast, which detailed a side of fruit perserve. Which translated to be a package of Kraft jam...
Overpriced, false advertising, the staff are welcoming, great view if you enjoy airplane watching.

Waited in line for more than 20 minutes, 10 of which was after their official opening time. A long line up was completely ignored by all staff and when asked "when are you opening (6 minutes past posted open time) the reply was " should be soon"

I guess I was lucky but I just had one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. It’s a super small airport but a perfect little brekki before flying.

Absolutely no gluten-free options on the sit-down menu and no indication there are not any until the server finally comes to take your order. The one star is for the staff actually knowing what cross-contamination is, but would it be that hard to put a note on the menu about how no allergies can be accomodated?

Dietary restrictions: NO OPTIONS WHATSOEVER. Go elsewhere.

We arrived at 10:45 and we're advised there is no food available until 11:15. It also took them 15 minutes to come over and acknowledge us..

waited 10mins to get seated...eventually i left. Wont even make eye contact with you and there was plenty seats.
Owner needs to hire more workers or atleast a hostess. two other people behind me walked away as well...you are losing business

Has the world changed and left me behind? i’m 55 and i have never been to a breakfast place that didn’t butter the toast ~ and didn’t have butter, margarine or any substitute upon request. The pleasant lad said “it’s true ask anyone” .. i said i believed him but just couldn’t believe it.
Average quality 12.89 breakfast but it was $22 for bacon (not thick cut as the menu said) 2 small yolk eggs & standard cube potatoes.
The toast advertised as sourdough was white bread so dry it couldn’t wipe the yolk off the plate without crumbling. in spite of the cost i didn’t eat more than the one toast and had only a few potatoes ~ not worth the calories ~ and i usually clean my plate.

So slow!! There are three older guys working the togo counter that chat and move so slow even when there's a long line. I've been here several times and it's always the same. Sucks that it's the only place, I would love to have another option.

Stood in the pick-up line to purchase a grab and go sandwich while I waited for a flight.

2 restaurant staff noticed me in line...was ignored. Cook staff could also see folks in line. No acknowledgement.

Staff training mediocre at best.

Customer service is non existent.

As other reviews have stated, time for a change.
