Up front the staff and food are what you’d expect from a Timmy’s.
Unfortunately this store is now under new ownership and they do not honour the Rewards Program!
You will not be able to redeem points for any food or beverage item. I’m assuming you won’t earn them there either.
I recommend going just down the way and supporting the Fickled Fig … great coffee and food.

We had such a terrible experience here yesterday. Neither of the staff said a word to us, just stared blankly. Both coffees and both breakfasts were incorrect. And when we nicely mentioned that we’d ordered bacon instead of sausage the lady wordlessly held out a few pieces of bacon. Like I was supposed to grab them with my bare hands and re-make my own sandwich? Very odd and very ridiculous.

Working at airport and no preferences to the airport staff. Mobile ordering is closed to the public. We got only 15 minutes break and I never get the order in time. The staff is super slow and they work on their own pace. If we request them to make our order first due to time limitations, the staff is not willing to accommodate that. The new manager is terrible is managing the things and his customer service skills are worst. Rude with all the customers. Today I am writing this review because I got forced by their service. I waited more than 25 minutes just to get a cup of coffee…. Terrible service. I will never recommend Tim at YYJ to anyone. Worst experience not once but every time.
One last thing to mention I requested them to ise my cup for the coffee but they used their own cup and then put the coffee in mine cup that is ridiculous. I never drink that coffee and thrown it right away. It’s a complete waste of my break time, money and energy. I do not appreciate that. Really worst service ever received in my entire life.

*Edited. While I understand the staffing and scheduling issues plaguing this location, the wait is ridiculously long. While waiting for over 20 minutes for an iced coffee (I had time to kill), I witnessed several would-be customers giving up and walking away after waiting in line for more than 15 minutes. However, the staff is very efficient and ultra friendly. This long wait is NOT the staff’s fault, but rather the lack of acailable employees and/or the retention rate. Thank you.

Staff need to be retrained on food hygiene. My daughter ordered a toasted bagel. As it came out of the toaster a lady came to the counter and asked for her egg bite to be reheated as it was still frozen in the middle. Daughter’s bagel is left to get cold while the half eaten egg bite is reheated. Then without changing gloves after having handle another customers half eaten food, the worker proceeds to handle her bagel. So ultimately my daughter got a cold bagel, that had been in contact with someone else’s saliva. Disgusting! I was only made aware of this after we went through security. Tried to report to Tim Hortons customers service line but gave up after being on hold for 15 minutes.
