Tim Hortons

Was this really how Tim Hortons wants their food presented? I was the only person in line, and they sure weren't busy. Why is this how my sandwich arrives?

Like everybody else these days, they're begging for tips, this is the product they're putting out.

Fast and efficient, no surprises.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich, they didn’t have that specific one available so she just switched it and told me after I paid. It was disgusting. A not toasted dry English muffin with a cold egg, barely cooked bacon and a cold cheese slice. Nasty, a complete waste of money.

This one is not 24 hours as google maps says it is.
Did not eat before coming here as I checked if it was open before driving to airport.
It’s actually really easy as a business owner to change these details.

Took 10 minutes to even get service then another 10 to get my food and it was the completely wrong order and they didn’t care to fix their mistakes when I asked for the correct thing that I payed for. Workers did not care about the customers or their food, 0/5 stars.

Employees are really nice, but few things! As an air crew, I never get the chance to get to the cashier to order because the service is too slow. Next, today I was able to get to the cashier (with 1 person in line, it took 5min waiting), but they don't have eggs/breakfast after breakfast time, which I don't know what is the time it ends, but it was 2pm when I was there. It's the first time ever I see a Tim Hortons not serving eggs the whole day😅 wow! So I left and will go at the Tim hortons in YVR cuz they serve breakfast anytime in the day! I was hoping to not be disappointed today at that Tim Hortons 😅

Wanted a coffee. Ordered coffee. No cream. I was shocked. I ordered a BLT sandwich. No tomatoes. I was shocked. This location is a major airport to run out of Cream, Tomatoes and Turkey is not good. Very disappointed

Absolutely terrible service they are grumpy and they are so behind of other Tim Hortons in fact that they can’t even take electronic payment or electronic gift cards

I see why the reviews are so low. You would think Timmie’s would want a decent franchise at an airport location . First doesn’t accept rewards cards(?). Doesn’t have cream cheese for bagels. First world problem for sure but irritating all the same.

it's not really a 24-hour store when it is close at 4 am and people are waiting.

Online says this Tim Hortons is open 24 hours, but it isn’t. Big opportunity missed when it closes before flights have finished at airport

Hours say 24 hours ,and updated only 3 weeks ago....but definitely not open when my flight arrived at 11 pm

One of the best experiences. 5 star rating for Kritika. She's super awesome 👌 deserves a raise for sure.
