Something has changed after leaving Vancouver for 2 years. We were in the area and decided to pop by since this was a “must-do” whenever we checked out the board shops on 4th. The type of service seemed different. The donuts don’t taste the same. What is always Luckys? It’s like an alternate reality after covid smovid. Can I say Mandela effect? Am I the only one here? The nerd sprinkles tasted off and the raspberry didn’t taste fresh. Not going to lie but I might not come back again. Lee’s is currently killing it and tastes way fresher.

Excellent Americano and a vast, variety and fresh donuts. Excellent seating and a cute corner to explore Lonsdale

Being a 49th Parallel, you can expect excellent coffees and over-the-top doughnuts. Just don’t expect consistently good service. About half of the time, the baristas at this location seem either too busy or too pretentious to care about their customers. That’s a shame given the quality of the product they are selling and the prices they charge for them.

Let me first say, I have never had a bad experience here. This is for head office as some free marketing advice for your north shore shop in particular. STOCK COFFEE products here! Filters, brewing equipment etc. No other coffee shop around there can merch stuff like your big company can. Your North Shore location is lacking in knowing its audience and i expected way better from a big company. Lee's and cream pony don't have gluten free donuts that's your differentiator on the north shore - lean into that. Wow free marketing advice just cause I am so mad.

Bumped into this coffee shop. The bean used is a bit sour for me but nice to try.

If you love doughnuts and coffee then this is a great place to stop. Enjoyed a full flavor double espresso and chose 2 doughnuts to share. The peanut butter and jelly was divine and perfectly runny inside. The berry berliner was also great to balance it out. Only area we didn't love was that you pay a tip for table service but you don't actually get any

damn was i disappointed, i love the bacon-apple fritter combo, salty-savory bacon crunch with maple-sweet glaze, but this one felt like a stale croissant dunked in a glaze that was somehow both dry and sticky. so not only was the bacon hard to chew, but the donut too; it's got all the right parts, just none of them landed..

Don't have a good variety of food, but current options are good. The triple chocolate donut was pretty good! The coffee was good (not outstanding, but good).

Excellent coffee and croissants reminiscent of the ones in a Paris. A must go local coffee shop.
