Surprised by the fresh leafy veg & tomatoes used in burgers and the quality of meat and eggs used. The burger characterisations as Papa, Mama, Grandpa, Uncle and Teen etc lends to the fun. Love the co-branding of coffee w Pret but I could not be sure if it was not just coffee left standing on a hot plate. The servers were quite seriously earnest :-) Learned that A&W is from Canada!
Food was good as always, service was good but it was way too busy in there to just have two people working the front between in-person guests and Uber or other food delivery services to pick up. They made a mistake with one of the 4 meals we ordered tonight and quickly rectified it and you could tell they felt bad for the mistake (we were not upset and told them multiple times it was not an issue). Definitely need more support.

I don't know if other A&Ws bring your food over to your table if you decide to eat in, because this location does. I was asked to take a seat and they will bring the food over to me. I was surprised and very happy with the overall service and quality of food during my visit. Will definitely visit again!
