Got there just in time this Sunday afternoon (with my little Daisy dog) praying there would be a cinnamon bun left. Never had one before and sooo worth the wait, perfection in the cinnamon and sugar levels and the dough, rich delicious dough but not too soft. And tomorrow I will try the Pain aux Raisins...but today it was Pain aux Cranberry instead. Merveilleux! (I also got to try another beautiful pastry, I believe orange flavoured with Quark cheese filling...my first time...
When I went to this bakery, therewas a lineup well outside the front door.. Other bakeries in the area do not generallyhave lineups.
Have you ever been driving, and one lane has a super long line, and is backed up, and the other doesn't. So you take the empty lane, and end up forced to take a wrong turn. And you think to yourself that obviously the lane with the lineup was the right lane. That's why there was a lineup!
