The customer service was extremely poor. While we were at the counter and in the process of placing our order for a specific pastry, the staff set that same item aside for themselves before we even finished ordering. By the time we confirmed we wanted it, they told us it was no longer available.
I do not recommend this place. In my opinion, this is not customer-oriented behavior. Good customer service means prioritizing customers, not reserving items for yourself when you know a customer is actively ordering.

The lady at the cashier tonight Dec 11 at 8:00 pm very rude , absolutely no customer service at all She supposed to be working at pastry at least smile or ask how can I help you She ask what you want ! 😏 And once we finish after payment she didn’t even pass the pastry box , She seems not happy to work 👎🏻

Laleh Bakery is honestly the best among all Persian bakeries! Their rillettes taste like they came straight from heaven. I’ve been there many times and it always reminds me of the bakeries back in Tehran — the smell, the taste, the warmth.
