Second time dining at Steamworks NV and thoroughly enjoyed the experience again! Had the tuna poke bowl which was fresh and nicely balanced. Cocktails were prepared with care to my (obnoxiously picky) preference. The best part of Steamworks is their wait staff; last night we were served by Jada/Jaeden (sp?), who exudes total cool-girl vibes while still managing the meal pacing perfectly. We will be back!

Great food and atmosphere, but honestly, Carlos is a big reason we keep coming back. Always friendly, professional, and makes the whole experience better. Great service every time.
