Don’t recommend. Went there yesterday around 10:00am. Friend ordered a cappuccino, waited a good 10 minutes after I got mine, when I picked it up, the cup barely had any weight to it.

Tried to dig through the foam with the spoon and after 3/4 of the ways down full of foam, finally saw some liquid. Only 1/4 of the cup was a drink and the rest was foam.

When approaching the baristas to rectify the order, they tried not to make any eye contact with me. When asked about the lack of a drink in a 16oz cup that was full of foam, got told in an obvious manner that cappuccino IS SUPPOSED to be HALF foam and HALF liquid.

Not only is that not true, our drink was only 1/4 of a drink. Truly disappointing about the product and the customer service.

I insisted on them adding more to the drink, and begrudgingly the barista did a quick one ounce pour in the cup. Ended up with a 5oz cappuccino in a 16oz cup.

So ridiculous I will never support this location again.

There are lots of good coffee places around. What makes this particular BAW different is the staff.

What a disappointment. I ordered a 16oz cappuccino to go ($5.50) and it was 50% foam. By the time I got home it was half a cup.

Please train your baristas better. Long lineup, long wait and then drink was made wrong. Barista was frazzled. We weren't the only ones who got a wrong drink and this isn't the first time. Cold drink somehow turned into a hot one.

Fabulous coffee and treats. The sandwiches are delicious.

Vegetarian options: most are labeled vegan and the staff are very knowledgeable

Dietary restrictions: just ask the staff they know all whats available

Parking: the Parkgate shopping centre has lots of parking.

Kid-friendliness: very near to Parkgate library and community centre.

Wheelchair accessibility: street level access. the doors don't have power opening

Always the same level of disinterested staff, not rude... I guess working at a coffee shop they are immune to caffeine and possibly joy.

The ladies serving us were very unwelcoming and shown no smiles, and tons of attitude. Ordered an iced caramel latte from this blonde girl working bar and it tasted just like milk. Zero coffee, prices are way too expensive for the experience we were given and the amount of chatting between the baristas when there’s a line of people waiting was disappointing. Was just visiting the city trying to find a good cafe and definitely won’t come back.

Staff are always super friendly and accommodating! I like my lattes and chai tea latte Xtra Xtra hot and that's exactly what I receive every time!Tons of free parking!Give "JJ Bean" a try!

Sandwhiches are perfection (I can never choose!) and love all the baked goods and treats! Also love the rustic charm of the different antique tables and chairs. Not to mention the Fuelled by Caffeine sweaters … I’ve never gotten so many compliments on a simple crew neck sweater before

Price of coffee went up by 33% from 2 dollars to 3 just recently but quality of coffee is still mediocre to midling.
