Rather than helping you come up with potential solutions, they just turn you away or try to make you pay full price after scanning the gift card. I had to download the Blenz app and create an account in order for the gift card to be "valid". Their beignets were also moldy and other food items tasted extremely stale. Do not recommend getting those. You might ask why did I visit them then, it's because I was given a gift card. If I wasn't given one, then I would never be a patron of this location.

The quality of service and food at Blenz Lonsdale has seriously declined, which is evident through their sudden onset of low ratings.- music is way too loud- staff are unapproachable + unfriendly- food takes longer than it should to be served (and is quite bland, to be honest)- wifi DOESN’T work (I had to leave and work elsewhere because of this)Super disappointing as this is one of the only places open late in North Van to study.
