Very disappointed - ordered the paella breakfast. Pork belly was used instead of bacon - the waitress argued with me the pork belly was bacon, what she called slab bacon. The dish was very greasy with morsels of pure fat. Could only eat the chicken, the egg, the rice was dripping with fat. There was no bacon. They still charged me $20. The pork belly morsels added to the dish was not listed on the menu.

Our new favourite breakfast/brunch spot! The service is always great and food is amazing. We’ve gone a few times now and they never disappoint. The atmosphere is cozy, there’s not a ton of seating so if you’re going on a weekend best to come early!Highly recommend the brisket benny, paella and banana macadamia pancakes.Sooo delicious! ?Oooh and their homemade hot sauce is key!The only thing that I was underwhelmed by was the Hueavos Rancheros dish. It was just okay. I think it needed a brighter pico/salsa and maybe if the chorizo was ground that would help spread the flavour across the whole dish. And maybe a top off of Oaxaca cheese or a feta would take it up a notch. But that is personal preference!Parking: Parking out front can be tricky if it’s busy but there are lots of street parking options.

So sad to see that their food went downhill! I went here in 2021 with family and it was so memorable that I went again for my birthday this year! I love that they added more to their vegan menu but when I ordered the beautiful Buddhist it looked and tasted like it wasn't "new & improved" compared to before. I added pictures from 2021 and 2024 for comparison! My vegan just egg that costed $3 was so fried I kept looking for it on the plate because I couldn't recognize it (the three triangular pieces). I feel like it should've been made with tofu if they wanted to use that method of preparation because it wasn't reminescent of the texture of egg at all and would cost less. Aside from that, my meal just tasted like an average hash. Nothing particularly special, the description sounds way better than when you actually eat it. Disappointing birthday breakfast but I'm happy I finally got to go back. I've wanted to go since 2021 but always left due to the long wait times. We got lucky that day and it was fairly empty so we were seated right away!
