I've been a loyal customer of Cazba since 2008, and to this day, it's the only Persian restaurant I choose to order food. The food has consistently been of excellent quality and offered at competitive prices. While the customer service has had its ups and downs over the years, I've noticed a remarkable improvement over the past three years—it's clear the team is heading in the right direction. I’ve only done takeout from this spot, and while the food itself has been a bit hit or miss for me, the service definitely makes up for it — especially thanks to Roya at the front. She’s always so friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. Even just picking up my order feels like a warm experience because of her energy and kindness. Roya truly stands out and makes you want to come back.

I recently visited this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by how much the quality has improved! The new offers they have make the meals even more affordable, sometimes even cheaper than cooking at home! Also, a special shoutout to Ms. Roya for her exceptional customer service and friendly attitude. She truly makes the dining experience wonderful!

I'm extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by the food I received. The bottom of the dish was completely burnt and stuck to the container it was inedible. How can a restaurant send out something in such terrible condition? This is absolutely unacceptable. I paid for a proper meal, not burnt leftovers. You seriously need to rethink your quality control.

I’ve ordered from kazba Persian Restaurant several times, and I’m always satisfied with the food and service. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the food is excellent. Everything tastes fresh and homemade.

Ms. Roya is very kind and professional. She always greets us warmly and gives great suggestions whenever we’re not sure what to order. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for delicious Persian food at a great price.

We are foodies and very selective. We have tried all the Persian restaurants in the Lower Mainland. This location has the highest quality barg and Koobideh kebab in the lower mainland.
Currently, they have a 2 for 1 promotion which we really enjoyed and plan to take advantage of in the near future. It is a takeout type location and you can order on UberEats if you don't want to drive there. We enjoyed our meal outside as there are a couple of benches and chairs.

P.S. what makes Cazba different is not only the food but also the people. We have never had a bad experience in any of their locations. This particular location was very welcoming 🙏
