The service is amazing and they always make my blizzards, cake and just everything with a great amount of toppings and I always love coming here to get my birthday cake every year!

I stopped by Dairy Queen recently and was helped by Arsh. She was so kind and welcoming! She took the time to make sure my order was perfect and even checked if I needed anything else. Her friendly attitude and great service really stood out and made my visit enjoyable. It’s always nice to see staff who care about their customers—thank you, Arshdeep!

I had such a great experience at Dairy Queen today! The girl working there, Arsh, gave amazing customer service. She greeted me with a warm smile, took my order quickly, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. She was friendly, polite, and made me feel like a valued customer. I ordered a cake online, but when I visited the store, I wished I had come in person earlier,
the variety of flavors and sizes was amazing!

I've visited this location a couple of times in the past two months mostly for ice creams, Blizzards and treats. The service was consistently acceptable. Dining was clean and a few tables and some barstools available to sit. Staff were nice but need to be a bit faster. There is free parking in the back, plenty underground. A few spot roadside of Marine Drive as well.

Best service ever . I went looking for a bday cake last min and they wrote on my son's cake that he picked out himself $ 55 for a cake big enough for 30+ ppl and a candle best service I ever had !

Had a horrible customer service experience at this location.
We had ordered a turtles pecan blizzard, which clearly had next to no ingredients in the blizzard and the blizzard was halfway melted.
We asked the employee to remake the treat, she said she had to call the manager who was not in the store. He told the employee to refuse my request. When I asked for a refund this was also refused. The employee informed me she was new and she could not issue any refunds without permission from the manager. She did an excellent job hearing out my concerns.
The management at this location needs to step up and have better policies in place to handle situations with dissatisfied customers. I would have appreciated talking to a manager face to face rather than receiving communication via proxy. Will not be coming back to this location.

I visit this place very often. The staff and food are both excellent. the store was busier than normal yesterday , I stopped in to grab dinner on the way to work. The girl who was working in the kitchen and front desk is really appreciated. She had a huge smile on her face and was working so efficiently that I was astounded by how fast she was moving from left till to right till to avoid making people wait. I think this is the best place in whole North Van.
