Frying pan express really lives up to its name! The dishes were served on an actual frying pan. I like that there are 5 different levels of spiciness so even if you can adjust according to your own spice tolerance. Everything was delicious! The portions are generous and the prices are fair. The chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Their smoothies are a must try as well!! Definitely will come back for more

I usually don’t leave any reviews but I believe this is the only way I can contact the support team. I try my best to like this place, reading these positive reviews makes it unbelievable because both my food and service was a not it!
food: SOGGY and warm (not fresh or hot) chicken tenders.
With two variations we ordered mild and medium spice. We both don’t notice any difference nor slightest spiciness to them. I wonder if the staff’s miscommunicate so much in this order they don’t realize they’re suppose to make these chickens spicy.
BAD SERVICE:
We had a disappointing experience. We ordered two chicken thighs bone-in as an add on to our chicken tender mild flavor order. We clearly stated to the cashier and she said they’re available. I went home with TWO chicken tenders extra.
Not to mention they were out of banana and the milkshake was taking a while, it was only put on notice after my partner got up and check since we’re both starving. We could have been waiting longer without any notice if we didn’t check in again. We’re also confused how a cashier couldn’t take in a basic order and even after deliberately saying yes like she understood what we wanted.
Fryingpan, do better.

What a lovely experience i went into this location last night and saw a new face i believe he said his name was finlee so friendly and helpful its lovely to be greeted with a smile and welcome as soon as i walked in
