“I didn’t know my drink was 7-Up, and it tasted really bad. This is actually the second time it happened. It was nit busy, as well. There was no flavor—just gas. It makes me wonder how I’m supposed to trust KFC’s service. Honestly, it feels like the staff are being careless. When customers are hungry, we don't care. We might not check their order carefully because we trust you and paied that,so please make sure the drinks are correct. I know you work hard, but checking the small things can really improve the service.”

The worst experience I ever had As soon as I entered the person that came up to me to take my order was mad for some reason and didn’t even say hi He was very mad until the last moment I left for some reason and after I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches he said it’s going to take 7 minutes and I told him please make it as soon as possible because I’m in a rush and then he said it’s going to take 10-12 minutes And after o got my order after 12 minutes all of the chickens was hard as a rock and it was also burnt, this person is very unprofessional and rude The worst customer service ever

I purchased popcorn chicken, chicken tender and fries all the food was good except the tenders .the chicken tenders were under cooked and mushy and we couldn't come back because we already just got home it left me feeling lackluster . The future please make sure it's cooked fully and not soggy /under cooked
