This is currently my favorite restaurant in Vancouver. It's not ramen, not udon but it's definitely the best of both worlds. I normally order the Spicy Mazesoba and it's just an explosion of flavor. And wait until you get the free scoop of rice to finish off the remaining sauce - it's like getting a second dish! I clearly love this place. Try it, you won't regret it!

Fantastic environment and very welcoming service. The menu was fresh and delightful. Will definitely recommend this spot to others. Convenient rates and big portions. Keep it up.

Really modern interior with friendly staff and great food makes this restaurant fantastic. This is a must come place for tourists. The mazesoba was nice and chewy while the pork was tender. Friendly staff greets you from the door. Really really great restaurant!!!

I really enjoyed this place. Their servers are efficient and friendly and I loved the food presentation and options. If you are not a huge fan of garlic, be cautious of what you order. My dish has sooo much garlic on it. It was yummy despite being borderline overwhelming at the meal and too much after as it did not leave my palette. I DID ask the waitress what her favorite dish was and just ordered that; so this garlic issue is possibly my own fault. I will go back and try other menu items or tell them to minimize the raw garlic. It was a really nice change from a sushi restaurant, which is pretty tired at this point.

Good place for Mazesoba. Friendly staff. Limited vegetarian options but i loved them. My friends liked the meat options. General feeling was that it would've been better if they had more options with chicken and without pork. But, overall a passable option.

Really great food, the service can be touch and go depending on the day. Sometimes I have a hard time flagging the waiters down, but the food is always great and the food comes quick. Nice for lunch time hurry.

Very fresh ingredients, combined to create a very good, very flavorful bowl of chewy noodles. The Zenbu Mazesoba was a good serving and a tasty mixture of meat, green onions, fish powder, raw egg yolk, and noodles. The salmon avocado was also very good with the avocado creating a creamy noodle with lots of flavor from the onions and other ingredients. Nice modern clean atmosphere with good attentive service.

This for sure is a new taste of original ramen and bibimbap. All the different tastes while having this new food is wonderful.

I think this is a new location! I've been to the Seymour one a dozen times so I am familiar with the menu. Mazesobas are so delicious and a fairly new concept of noodle mastery to Vancouver. They arrive at your table as shown in the photo. You mix it until all the ingredients come together and coat every surface of noodle. You are offered a free small bowl of rice near the end of your noodle journey so you can soak up the extra sauce and not waste it. I would also recommend the dessert. They have the Japanese cheesecake here but no soft serve (only downfall). Hopeful that they will incorporate it soon 5/5 on service as well. Cheers

I tried the best seller Niku Mazesoba and Salmon Avocado Mazesoba. They were both awesome. When you finish the noodles, you will be given a small bowl of white rice to finish the delicious leftover sauce. The location is pretty spacious too.
