I received a piece of bitter, burnt ribs. (The other piece was edible.) I couldn’t track down the waitress until the burnt piece was the only thing left on my plate. I finally got her attention and told her about the issue. She then questioned me “It’s bitter?” in a tone as if I had said something impossible.
She said she would see what the kitchen could do, took the plate away, and didn’t speak to me again for ten minutes, until I tracked her down to ask for an update. I thought she would be able to give me some options so we could proceed, but she responded that the kitchen was making me a new plate. That’s when I explained that I only wanted the burnt piece of ribs remade. Alas, a while later, a different waitress came with a full replacement plate of the entire meal, along with a to-go box. But I had explicitly asked for just the one burnt piece to be replaced—I was traveling by bike with no space for a to-go box. They then took the plate back and brought one piece of ribs on a tiny plate that barely fit.
Throughout the entire process, I never heard the word ‘sorry’ uttered from anyone.

Came to Liberty Kitchen to meet up with old friends. We had a great time.
The atmosphere is trendy and open, the food was fresh and tasty ( I had the Doughbird Pizza and loved it ), there is a good variety of sips and drinks, but what shined the most in my opinion was the service. All the staff were great, it was well timed, and the table of people tended at a fine pace.
Shout out to our main server, I believe it was Dani, phenomenal service and a great personality - really need to give her the kudos, really made it all the better, thank you!
We will for sure be back again !

The space itself is beautiful — a modern rustic design with a stunning solarium-style patio that makes for a great atmosphere. The food is enjoyable and worth returning for, though not necessarily something I’d go out of my way to seek out.
Where the experience fell short was in the service. The staff are very friendly, but noticeably inattentive. I sat at the bar on a Wednesday around 4pm in an otherwise empty room, and it took over five minutes (and some effort on my part) to get the attention of the three bar/waitstaff chatting behind the counter. While I understand that slower midweek shifts can lead to less urgency than a busy weekend, that level of inattentiveness does affect the overall experience.
Overall, I’d return if I were in the area and wanted a drink and a casual meal, but I hope to see more attentiveness and professionalism from the service team in the future.

We stopped in for dinner last night, second time at Liberty. Sara did a great job taking care of us. Food and drinks were outstanding. Even a small kitchen mix-up was handled with ease.
Thanks Liberty. Be seeing you again soon.

Overall really good atmosphere and great service, drinks were good I had the Moscow mule on happy hour and tried a personal pizza with shrimp and pesto and the fried cauliflower. Food on happy hour price and taste 5 stars. Drinks the happy hour price was not bad however not the best happy hour discounts I've seen in the area. Overall it was a great experience and great place and I would recommend it.

10/10 Best crispy chicken wings. 10/10 Nona's meatballs and 10/10 pizza. What a great addition to our neighbourhood. The atmosphere is amazing for being in this location. Highly recommend.

Was really excited to try this place. Got the burrata and came with a tiny ball of burrata cut in half, 3 small pieces of bread, and a ton of tomatoes. Ratios way off. Asked for extra bread and was told it would cost more… hate that. Service was slow but was servers first shift so that’s fine. Judging from first visit, very mid.

The food and atmosphere were really great, and I enjoyed that part a lot. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. The servers were not friendly, and they paid little to no attention to the customers. This really ruined my experience and left me quite disappointed.

The female servers were super friendly and very helpful. They took the time to guide me and helped me find a good option for halal food, which I really appreciated. Loved the experience
