Ever since I started the keto diet, I haven't been able to find a good substitute to curb my extreme sweet tooth cravings. I tried to bake my own cookies and cakes, but they came out dry and not that sweet. Then, I discovered Liffey Foods and their selection of keto baked goods! Would recommend for anybody looking for a cheat meal, especially the cookies (ate them all in one sitting and didn't take me out of ketosis)!
Everything I’ve tried is divine! The bread is absolutely gorgeous. 🙏🏻😋 Friends have been raving about the sourdough pizza dough—so I just bought a few to try (they freeze well). Can’t wait for pizza night! If you haven’t tried Liffey Foods, you’ve got to!

Yummy 😋 I love the bread! The chocolate chip cookie was very moist! I loved it with my afternoon tea! She hand delivered it too, very fresh! Would highly recommend esp the chocolate chip cookies and brownies! I wouldn’t feel guilty eating a handful of it
