This is a great sushi place with fresh seafood, large portions and good combinations. Parking on this part of Lonsdale is difficult because it's mostly free so it's best to drop someone off to line up, them drive around the side streets to find a slot. The tempura and gyozas are okay. The quality of sashimi and consequently the sushi is high. They have fast turnover since they even have a lot of customers at 2pm. Good quality and great prices will do that. My only objection was putting sukiyaki noodles in the Oyakodon. It's not authentic and is a turn off.
Took a chance and tried a different Sushi roll. Never made it past the mouth. The mouth wasn't having it! Last time this happened was 20 yrs ago and it was me trying sea urchin. Anyways, I'm sure its good here. It was busy on a Tuesday, so...

Amazing sushi. I ordered takeout…I am a celiac and they called me saying a part of my order wasn’t able to be made gluten free, they were very helpful to come up with a substitute.

Everything we tried was well cooked and sashimi is fresh. Decor nice. While service was at times attentive, we had to ask for water twice.
