My family just completed an in home sushi class (coupled with catering) to celebrate a birthday. The sushi making experience was top notch. Besides great food and quality ingredients, the instructor was amazing. Informative, prepared, and most important, fun! They easily accommodated unique participant needs and tailored the experience to exactly what we wanted. We learned how to successfully make (and eat) several types of sushi in a hands on experience with no preparation or clean up required.. Highly recommend the classes (and the sushi too)

Had such a great experience at Pine Sushi Square — the sushi chef was so diligent and precise with every piece, making sure each bite was the best it could be. The sushi itself was top quality, fresh, and their specialty rolls were not only beautifully crafted but packed with incredible flavor. On top of that, Kelly’s amazing customer service really made me feel welcome and left a positive impact on my day. With sushi this good at such reasonable prices, Pine Sushi Square is definitely a spot worth coming back to again and again. The atmosphere of the restaurant also adds to the experience, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. Every dish felt like it was made with genuine care, which is something you don’t always find. I left feeling both full and happy, and I can’t wait for my next visit..

Consistently the best sushi in North Van. It's in the Capilano Mall food court yet and they're always warm and welcoming. Top notch. Always my first pick before 6pm.

Fantastic, unbelievable, creative, and kawaii sushi restaurant

Pine sushi is the hidden jem of Capilano mall. Friendly and quick service and always tastes fresh and amazing! I can’t even single out a dish to recommend; everything I have tried over years of being a customer has been fabulous.

When I first came to Canada, I was skeptical about the variety of sushi rolls here, I was used to eating fresh, pure sushi where I came from after all. But after a visit to this place it really opened my eyes, especially the crazy boy roll, its warm interior and crispy crust paired perfectly with the sweetness of crab, while not losing out on its freshness, I always order it when I come here. 10/10 experience, exceptional food for its cost, also the store clerk was pretty.

This sushi restaurant is absolutely fantastic! The Alaska Roll was fresh and full of flavor, and the Crazy Boy Roll was crispy on the outside with a deliciously rich filling—definitely a must-try. The ingredients were clearly high quality, and everything was beautifully presented. The staff was warm and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back.

nice sushi I ever tried in Canada

Doesn’t Expect too much as the mall looks a bit old and dark. Yet the sushi here tastes good! Tried the sushi combo here the first time and enjoyed!
