This place has gone downhill in the past ten years . Horrible quality and the boneless bites are way smaller than they ever were.

Had the absolute worst experience of my life ordering delivery from here through their app. Long story short, I never received the order despite the repeated assurances — repeated for over 30 minutes — of their disrespectful driver, who can barely understand English and cannot read addresses, that he has “arrived”. The restaurant staff were just as disrespectful when I called them to find out where the mystery driver went.

Delicious and greasy, but I don’t understand why you would have a 25% discount up on the board for a make-your-own if the worker is just going to tell you they used to have that deal but don’t anymore.

Love the pizza from here! It’s always so fresh and hot. We had an issue (that was completely out of their control) and not only did they (Ranjpreet specifically) reach out to me to follow up but they also compensated us for the issue. They are such kind people! This is the only place we ever order from and will continue to do so!

The food quality and service was amazing at this location. I asked for some customization for my order and they accommodated all of them. The Pepperoni pizza was especially amazing. I would highly recommend this place.

This Pizza Hut offers none of the standard coupons other franchises offer. No $10.99 rotating Medium pizza, no $14.99 large two topping, etc. Considering Dominos is across the street with much better deals I'd rather just go there

We order here when we need a quick pizza fix. Pizza is always good. Always greeted with a smile and they are friendly. Very quick as well.

I came back to North Van about a year ago and started coming to the Pizza Hut on Mountain Highway. Everyone is always kind to me and the pizza is a great reminder to the better times in the 1990’s and 2000’s. I appreciate Harpreet, she has a warm smile even when it’s busy. The staff and food here are great.

My order is 40 minutes late, at this point I want to cancel it, but no one is even picking up the phone. I won't order from here again.
