The best takeout - especially for vegetarian and gluten free.

This establishment has been a go to of mine for years. Recently, I placed an online order and tried to add special instructions about an allergy when it did not allow me to do so, I tried calling them. After 15 unanswered phone calls, I decided to give up. The automated systems message kept saying “Mailbox full”. That is $20 down the drain. Super disappointed.

After calling Rice and Noodle to correct an order they failed to make the change and sent the wrong dish despite confirming they would make the change.

I used to love this place, now you can't get your creamy peanut with rice.You can only get it with noodles so they can give you less lost me as a customer

Was a very busy week for us and my husband picked up from R&N on a whim. 10 star!!! absolutely amazing - Thai Green Curry and Creamy Peanut noodle with a side of Spring Rolls.
I will be back on a regular basis now to try all your other dishes.

Great crew working the supper rush, super friendly and quick to help customers needs.
Dinner rush was mid swing and the team made my partner and I feel welcome, great tasting food with different spice levels for people who like spicy and not so spicy food. Definitely recommend trying the food out and the price is fair for the great food you get.

Edit: pad Thai has no flavour at all, brutal.

Level 2 was spicy enough that I didn’t enjoy eating it. They only put 2-3 prawns per dish. No dipping sauces included for spring rolls and gyoza. Very….meh.

I’ve ordered from here a few times since they first opened and I haven’t had an issue until Sunday night. Some of the food was cold when it arrived, and the curry had barely any sauce - which I could’ve looked past if I hadn’t gotten food poisoning. I haven’t been this sick in a long time and although I normally love Thai food, I won’t be ordering from here ever again.

Pad Thai was great! It didn't taste as fresh as I would have liked, but not bad. The service was very attentive.

Kid-friendliness: I love how there is the option to get your food made without spice, which is pretty kid-friendly.

Love the pad thai

The best pad Thai I’ve ever had. The ingredients, seafood, etc., are extremely fresh. The staff is friendly , smile and humorous, which is nice to see in a restaurant atmosphere that is informal . . I also have to say that the restaurant is very clean which is something that’s lacking along Lonsdale. I also love that they’re open late. Some of us work the night shifts and it’s hard to find good food into the late evening.. They seem to be busy up the end too

Can’t wait to try the other noodles however I just keep ordering the pad Thai because it’s so good Try to venture to something else

Vegetarian options: As a vegetarian, they cater the menu if needed i.e. remove my eggs from my pad Thai. And all the ingredients when asked if there’s any soup or chicken stock, etc., in it

I would love to see a vegetarian soup option It’s winter that’s the same group is the ones they have on there

I’m not sure which was better - the red curry which was 1/3rd of way full in a shallow bowl or the 3 prawns they put in it. Excellent customer service - I’ll be sure to recommend people eat here. Thanks 👍
