Highly unprofessional place. Ordered creamy peanut noodle dish for delivery, arrived with no chicken. They apologized and offered me a credit and gave me instructions for the next time I ordered delivery. Followed the instructions and was told they could only do it with pickup. Proceeded to hang up on me before I could cancel the order and did not pick up the phone again. It’s a shocking way to treat a customer who was returning despite a mistake and I won’t be returning again.

I’ve read other reviews cautioning people against ordering from Rice and Noodle due to poor hygienic practices and food poisoning. I took a gamble on the BOGO Pad Thai deal on Uber Eats and I’m currently suffering from food poisoning which rivals the fate that befell me when I had 4pm roadside Ceviche in rural Peru.

Proceed with caution if you just *gotta* have Thai tonight.

I just walked in at 8:33 for a quick bite, and the woman at the counter seemed annoyed I dared enter their establishment. I asked for a pad thai and she acted like it was the worst thing in the world I could have done. Apparently they start cleaning at 8:30 and are deeply bothered if they have customers past this point. Confuses me why they say they close at 10pm then. Too bad really, I used to like coming here often as the food had a great price/portion/quality ratio

My favorite Thai place.
The curry portions are small tho :(
And really tasty!

Great food and great service.
I had the Laksa Noodle Soup. It was absolutely delicious. Spices tend to be strong here-so choose your spice level wisely. The portions are amazing for what it costs-so 2 people can share too + an app.

Super tasty food! I mostly get the Pad See Ew and it is so delicious and flavourful. The staff are very kind and I definitely recommend going if you like authentic Asian food!

It was okay, but at almost $20 for a curry after tax and tip, it was disappointing that the curry came with about 5 spoons on a plate, meaning the rice had half left with no curry, the curry was mostly onions and the rice wasn’t cooked properly and was still crunchy. Overall, fast food on the go, but not great.

I just ordered from Uber Eats not impressed at all! Half a container of food! What a joke! I don’t order food very often because it’s so expensive and the one time I do that’s what I get.

Ordered pad see ew and it felt like they just took their pad Thai and added a bunch of sugar to it. They used the wrong noodle, didn't caramelize the noodles and didn't add any pepper. Basically food court tier food :(

The order was late and the soup had spilled and the wet bag broke when we went to pick up the order from our front steps. The food dumped everywhere - we ended up mopping up soup and then attempting to salvage the rest of the food which was stone cold. I will it order from there again.

The soups here are amazing and since they use rice noodles gluten free. ( not sure about certified for those who need that )
I get the Thai coconut soup, I ask them to add lemon grass and it’s super flavourful and comes as a huge portion, enough for 2 servings. It’s great for dine in or order via online platforms , don’t bother calling they rarely answer .
