Really bad service and products, I asked for a hot chocolate and the taste was really bad. I asked the lady for change my beverage and she refused (I didn’t ask for refund). Worst money spend in my life. Please support local and not this kind of stores. It isn’t worth it what u pay for what you receive. Give customer service training to your young staff so that they cannot think out of the box.

I've been frequenting this particular Starbucks in the past 8 years to date. The staff is always great (I think out of all the Starbucks in North Vancouver, they staff especially nice and professional people). Even today, I ordered 7 venti-/grande-sized drinks with customized details and they not only made the drinks in a wink but one of the staff (Christina) insisted that she would help me carry the drink trays to my car. The quality of their service is always top-notch and I see why this brand is the standard in its industry.

Couple days ago starboucks offered $4.00 ,on iced drink only for one day.My daughter went to get one , but rejected by the employee. I called to see why they don't honor the add. I have been told by the manager "since we are not corporate we don't have that offer, however if you like please come back to get one with the add price..."Well, I didn't go there just because the manager would like to do that. I was so disappointed that why a franchise don't follow the corporate advertising. I believe consistency in customer service and adherence to corporate promotions are essential for maintaining trust and satisfaction among patrons.

Exceptionally slow service. The employee did not know how to make the drink that I ordered, even though it is a menu item. After waiting 20 minutes for her to make the iced drink (she made a matcha instead of oat latte) I just left so frustrated that a Starbucks employee doesn’t know that a latte has espresso and isn’t green ??‍♀️

Good atmosphere and top service!I appreciate the comfortable seats and the high ceilings. Many people were seated working with their computers and tablets, which gave a studious and collaborative atmosphere to the place ☺️

Staff at the Starbucks inside Safeway does not seem to know how to make their own drinks. Always missing something. Not friendly either. They seem to not want to be there.
