The drinks are always great, but the busy service may cause delays, so customers should plan accordingly.

The barista Sophia was helpful, patient and kind in assisting a customer with a customized drink for their sister's birthday. When a customer accidentally spilled their white chocolate mocha, the staff quickly cleaned it up and even replaced the drink. On a hot summer day, a customer got a Matcha Frappuccino and the staff made the drink quite quickly, as the location near the Seabus entrance/exit was not busy at the time.
