Upsetting experience. We waited at the front register for nearly 10 minutes while multiple employees saw us, yet no one acknowledged us or offered to help. It wasn’t until we spoke up that someone finally came over.
The employee who took our order was rude and unprofessional. After clearly placing our order, it was still made incorrectly. When we brought the mistake to their attention, we were told to wait in line again instead of having the issue resolved.
