Gurleen was so friendly and makes a delicious sub. She was a real sweetheart and seems hardworking. I also noticed Jaspreet has a really nice smile. Had to get both of their names because they were so friendly. Thanks!

Fly over lettuce...rude behavior...both washrooms closed deliberately!
- People around the world (with some exceptions) wash their hands before a meal. So, if staff thought their "washroom is out of order" trick is a good idea to avoid their daily routine tasks, they should know it is not good for Subway's reputation at all.
From other reviews, I felt relieved I don't need to mention how rude the staff are there (they truly believe they deserve to be rude!)
I won't go to a subway in Canada ever at least during summer after I saw a fly sitting on lettuces! I hope the subway reads, cares and applies extra health measures. I got sick today because of it.
Next: Subway health office? Ding! Yes...We might tolerate people being rude but not compromising our health.

Both bathrooms are closed for repair. And guess when you find out? Not a fan of subways and haven’t gone for years. Ironic that the first time I do go again it’s another bad experience.

I ordered a plate of chicken shawarma. Unfortunately, the employee was completely rude and the customer service was very weak. SHe poured sauce on the rice without coordinating with me. I asked her not to do this. She scooped up the sauces with a spoon and more than half of my rice was Gone is the worst

Worst subway I’ve ever visited. Starting with the customer service. The girl who was working there today with the turban boy and manpreet was really very unprofessional. I am mentioning other two as she did wear her name badge. She was a skinny Punjabi girl. I was on the queue she asked me to go and pick the pack of lays from the shelve for the other customer as those there were in the counter as if I was working there with them. She asked me which cheese and I did hear her well so I said extra cheese showing her frustration she again asked me “I asked which cheese”. That’s truly not customer service my dear. She behaved as she was the best sandwich artist she did not even change her gloves as I ordered veggi Pattie and she suddenly came back and started putting sauces without changing her gloves and let me remind you she just made a sandwich with meat. I am a vegitarian and won’t accept this. And also she did not make the sandwich properly everything was falling apart from the sandwich. She even did not give the tissue napkins with the sandwich. Worst experience of my life. I am never coming to this store again. And to the authorities if you think this is a fake review check your cameras 26 June 2024 around 12:45 pm to 1:30.

I was gifted a coupon that entitled me to a free 6 inch sub and 2 free cookies. There is a list of locations on the back and this store was one of them yet they refused to honor it saying they no longer accept them, despite there not being an expiry date. That's horrible customer service!!!! Never going back
