It did hit me how bare and unkept the store was.
However, what trumped that feeling was the service.

Name tag said “Gagan”. She just had a foul attitude. An emotional cocktail of pissed, annoyed, tired and sloppy…
And sloppy is exactly how my sub turned out.

It was messy, tasteless and stingy on the toppings. At the end I had to even ask her for a paper sleeve for the footlong.
I mean aside from the shitty service, not even the very basics of customer service were afforded.

The environment was below average, the sub was poor, but what was worse than both of those combined was the service.

I mean comon. Its Subway!
You’re making a sub.
Bread, pickles maybe some tomatoes……
How bad can it be?
You can crack a smile….a little hello, the fresh smell of baked buns, end of shift almost here, an oomph on the Mayo, no?

You’re giving another soul a sandwich for dinner.
It’s not that bad! ;)

I go to this branch regularly as my work is close to there, and unfortunately the workers there are very unfriendly. what I am expecting as a customer to see a nice smile at least and instead of ignoring, even when I ask access to the toilet, they let me feel like I am not welcome to use it.

Very rude unfriendly service. Also very skimpy with the ingredients , have always ordered the same thing at every subway for 10+ years. Seems like it was done on purpose by the rude staff. Hire staff that at minimum smile and say hello and you will double your business. Won’t be back !

Subway is a perfect go-to place for a yummy, flavourful, and not over the line, sandwich. The people there are quite friendly, but it can occasionally be hard to hear them. The whole sandwich making process is great because you get to choose everything from breads to sauces.

I had the Nashville Chicken sandwich there and the chicken LITERALLY looked like CAT FOOD! Disgusting!! Tasted just as bad as it looked. Slimy chicken, like wet cat food. Sawdust-like texture. Unbelieveable to eat such a horrible sandwich for 15 dollars. Subway deserves to go bankrupt... truly.
