Near the North Vancouver library, there's a great place to enjoy a nice coffee and some special pastries for a long day, with just the right price and good quality. Quality at every branch of Tim Hortons is a little different, but this one is the best. I wish I could work here.

I had my worst experience today with Tim hortons and I did not expect such a bad customer service at all. Today I went to this branch to ask for a gift like cooki or coffee for my birthday, but they did not care at all and they said without app we cannot give any thing even coffee. Before that I was in Starbucks and they also asked me to have the app but I did not have. They accepted to give me a drink as a gift although I did not have the app. My request in my special day was not weird and beyond policy,but they did not provide any customer service and did not care at all and that made me so dissapointed with Tim hortons. I myself have been working in retail and dealing with Customers and I have learnt that customer satisfaction always must be our priority, but today I noticed that they have not learnt anything about customer service and customer satisfaction.

I'm a regular, have been for years. Coffee is always fresh and hot, foods good enough I've never had food poisoning before. Staff have always been friendly and courteous.

Too many homeless hanging out in front of the store and they were all smoking right in front of a huge sign saying no smoking at the tables...staff won't do anything to stop this...they need a security person there to eleviate this

I ordered a sausage biscuit from the kiosk machine and it didn't take my order correctly and was lied to by the staff except for one honest worker saying there head office needs to fix this. I don't appreciate being lied to by the lady who said it was my fault and did nothing to help my problem. Never going here
Visited Tim Hortons on Lonsdale Ave and was impressed by the exceptional customer service, especially from Vishavjeet who was incredibly friendly. Their baked goods are by far the best I've experienced across various Tim Hortons locations. It's one of my son's favorite spots, particularly for their chicken strips. The newly renovated interior adds to a great atmosphere, making our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a cozy and welcoming experience!

This Tim Hortons is constantly understaffed. The employees are visibly overworked and annoyed because this location is almost constantly busy. The ownership of this location obviously doesn’t care about delivering a quality product. Stop being cheap and hire more staff for your overworked employees.

This is my go to place for quick breakfast meals. It was business as usual until yesterday when I picked up an order to enjoy it at home with my elderly father. The hash browns were stiff as rock! Never ever before I've been served so reluctanlty and rudely! It looked like it's been forgotten on the shelves for quite few days before somebody discovered them and thought why not to serve it to the next customer! What a disgrace! It could have broken my tooth. Shame. You get what you deserve, hadn't it been for this unpleaasant experience I would've given 4stars for food and maybe 3 for the rest! Go figure!
