I'm a regular customer at Tim Hortons and I go there daily for coffee and a sandwich. The staff is very hardworking and happy, especially Vaneet. Whenever I see her , She always has a smile on her face. She treats customers very well, loves kids and gives them free Timbits just to bring a smile on their faces . Her service is amazing. Not only at Tim Hortons, I saw her many times outside of Tim Hortons, She greets guests very happily.
Ordered a box of ten timbits a few old fashioned and some honey dip and they all seemed like they were all over a day old, dried out and getting overly chewy. Far cry from when they made an okay donut.
I have been at Tim Hortons at 1509 lonsdale several times and each time I have been served by Tripta. She has gone out of her way to accommodate my requests for a delicious cheese pizza. Each time she has served me with a big smile and has always accommodated my special request. Tripta is a wonderful asset and a wonderful representative to Tim Hortons.
