The Asian girl is really rude and pathetic when comes to making drinks. Asked them for light ice and after filling the whole glass with ice she side eyed and said shouted this is light ice.

Hands down the BEST coffee shop in town. It is such a cozy and friendly atmosphere with an amazing staff who go out of their way to accommodate your every request, no matter how detailed and specific.

Especially Daisy, she is absolutely the best! Very open, friendly and always ready to help! Keep it up Daisy!

Not to mention the other lovely staff including Mo, Orla and Habib who always go out of their way to ensure the customers are comfortable and have anything they need while they’re at the cafe.

I feel like I’m at my second home when I’m there, thanks to the beautiful atmosphere these beautiful people have created!

I got a croissant and tea. It was good . What made me unhappy was the girl working there . I believe she hates her job and hate people who come there . She even didn't smile me back. If your business is important to you, you should have friendly staff . This girl ruined my evening . Although there was a man , he was the manager or owner , he was warm and polite. I came on Friday evening. Please please do sth about it! Thank you .

I have been served by a young handsome chap in Waves Mt Highway a number of times, I believe he is the manager and is Palestinian. He makes the exchange a pleasure and is incredibly lovely. I love coming here!

Dropped my review to three stars because an extra $2 surcharge for dairy free milk in my smoothie today was just wrong. We all know that dairy free and dairy cost the same to purchase these days. Will change my review when this oversight is remedied. I do like this spot for the air conditioning, many outlets and great wifi.

With many outlets to plug in your device. Good spot for sitting by yourself or meeting up with friends, good supply of pre-made food. Interesting info board with local business cards and flyers. Dairy free hot chocolate option!
Occasional gluten free and vegan baked good options.
