White Spot Lonsdale

I ordered 3 turkey dinners via skip the dishes to the tune of 100 dollars as a treat. the whole thing was ice cold. I paid for the convenience of ready to eat food only to have to cook it...

Server addressed us as 'You two". Spoke over us when we were trying to talk to each other and didn't listen to our answer when asked 'How is everything?- just walked away. Food was sub-par and portions were small for the prices. More cheesy with the service than in the bun.

$25 fish and chips haddock, the end of a batch of fries ( small bits ) and $4.55 for watered down fountain coke. Not coming back.

I had Mahdi and he was very nice and patient.
coming from East America this was a very different experience than usual,
will be coming again before i leave

The worst burger I've ever eaten in my life. It's not good at all and not worth the money you spend on it.

I recently dined at the Lonsdale White Spot. We were served by Kiana, a lovely and mature young lady. She was very affable and accommodating. We'd definitely visit again.

The atmosphere is very good, making it a pleasant place to spend some time. You will enjoy staying there for a while, whether for a casual visit or a longer gathering.

The food quality is also good, with a decent selection that meets expectations. However, the drink quality could be improved slightly to match the overall experience.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, though during rush hours, they seem a bit understaffed, which can lead to slower service. A few more hands during peak times would enhance the experience.

Overall, it’s a great place with a nice ambiance, good food, and polite service. With slight improvements, it could be even better!

Didn’t get service for 27 minutes server walked by multiple times didn’t acknowledge then finally had to call her over. Also having mushrooms in my wings. Then after my mom found hair in her chicken ceaser wrap

I don't know what it is about this particular location but service is almost always slow and the food is also very slow in getting to the table. It took more than 10 minutes to get the order in. Then at least 35 minutes for the food,which is when the milkshake arrived as well

The fish and chips were cooked in very old fryer oil, so it was dark and overcooked and super greasy, and it just tasted like burned oil. The chicked pot pie was also different from what it was before, its not longer the bowl with the puff pastry on top, but instead a whole pie.. it wasn't bad, but it was nowhere close to what it used to be. A regrettable menu change. The server, on the other hand, was amazing, and i have zero complaints about that. 10/10 for service.
