The location is accessible, though there’s limited paid street parking. The staff was incredibly caring, friendly, and professional. Their food portions are huge—literally served on platters! I highly recommend trying their in-house flatbread. Their Soltani and Vaziri were especially delicious.

I ordered kaleh pacheh from Yas Restaurant and had a very bad experience. The food tasted old and was clearly not fresh. Unfortunately, I even got sick afterward, which was extremely disappointing.
This is not the first time their food has seemed leftover or reheated. I really expected better quality and proper food handling. I hope they take this seriously and improve their standards.

We come all the way from Ontario every other month, Only reason for my staring is one guy with the glasses who is in the front cash he is extremely arrogant and rude, the rest of the staff, hosts & cooks are absolutely amazing. I truly hope the tips go to the kitchen & the kind staff members and possibly get that one guy with the glasses a behaviour & respect class on how to treat others. Arrogance is not the answer my friend even if we are not the same race, u must treat every customer with respect. You become the faces of the restaurant people come to u to order and so you should definitely represent kindness just like the other staff do. We love the kitchen staff and the other hostess very much, unfortunately this one person seems to only treat people of his race kindly. Over all food is fantastic as usual. And dear owner, if u do not believe my post. I am more than happy to provide u a date & time of our visit to review your own security footage hopefully there is some where u can hear sound! (Also you can refer to your many reviews for customer service experiences ) I am clearly not the only one who experienced this.

One of the best Iranian restaurants I’ve tried in North America! The food was absolutely delicious, authentic flavors, generous portions, and beautifully presented. It was also very well priced. I’m used to overpriced Iranian restaurants in the Greater Seattle Area and so this place in BC was a lovely stop. The place was very busy when we went, but the staff were upfront and told us the food would take about 45 minutes. To our surprise, it actually came in just 30 minutes, which was impressive considering how packed it was.
What stood out the most was how they managed to seat our group of 10 people comfortably without any issues, a big plus for larger gatherings. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a must-visit if you’re looking for top-quality Iranian food!

A few days ago, I went there for lunch and ordered lamb koobideh with mast-o-mosir. Honestly, I was shocked by the poor quality. The koobideh had no flavor at all, and the mast-o-mosir was nothing like what it’s supposed to be. The rice they used was a low-quality basmati with an unpleasant smell, and instead of real saffron, they used coloring for the “saffron rice.” The service was acceptable for the level of the restaurant, but overall, the food quality was very disappointing.
