I recently had the pleasure of visiting Nighthawk Winery, and it was an outstanding experience. The owners, Dan and Christy, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The food prepared by Chef Carson and his team was nothing short of fantastic—each dish was crafted with care and full of flavor. And of course, the wine was superb, with each glass offering a delightful taste. I highly recommend Nighthawk Winery to anyone looking for a memorable winery experience! I'm looking forward to my next visit!

To Daniel & Christie and Family our first getaway as a couple was 2 days full of memories and where we fell in love and created a unique bond between us. We are best friends and soul mates, your accommodations were so perfect and romantic complete serenity ❤️. To Dakota and Carson and team being a Executive Chef myself your food was absolutely amazing and couldn't of asked for anything better, well done. Dakota your wines are simply remarkable and will hold special memories for the both of us. We will be returning next year to celebrate our anniversary of this retreat and plan to return yearly. So again to Daniel & Christie and all the Nighthawk family you are part of our memories forever, thank-you from the bottom of our hearts. Garry & Sandi

Beautiful place & great hosts.
We stayed 2 nights in their tent house. Everything was top notch. Beautiful room with great view. Very private. Excellent bed, linens, towels and above all their hospitality. It’s a family run business and they were all very accommodating. We had dinner at their restaurant and it was great. They served us breakfast in our room. It was delicious and tastefully done.

The Family run business is authentic and geniune as they come. Daniel & Christie and family made our stay incredible, Dakota and Carson did a phenomenal job with food and Dakota is a amazing wine maker. Exceptional winery. Decided to take a drive for lunch as we were staying in Peachland. Scenic drive up to the winery. Split the “old world meets new” pizza. Delicious. Hubby had a beer while I enjoyed the Chardonnay (quite dry and mineral forward). I ended up purchasing the Chardonnay and a few more bottles. What a lovely quiet winery to enjoy fantastic food with a few and great wine.

Wonderful visit to Nighthawk! Wine and wonderful pizza. Love the chef’s choices and pairings. Service is outstanding. Definitely returning. ?

My husband and I stayed here last night and it was absolutely incredible. If you are looking for a new experience this is it. We have nothing but amazing things to say about the experience which includes the owners. It is so incredible to get to have a conversation with the wine maker and the owners.
The view was stunning and you can tell they have a love and passion for what they do. Having a bath out on the balcony at Sunset is a memory we will cherish forever. The food is exquisite and we didn’t know when we booked to stay the night we would also be brought coffee and breakfast. We love this winery and the lovely family who runs it and we can’t wait to come back again. And we are so thrilled to continue to support them through their wine club as well.

What a place!! Excellent personal service!! Small and intimate space!! Gewürztraminer was amazing!! We recommended to 2 other couples and they booked immediately!! All have enjoyed and will go back for sure!! The view of the lake is so nice!! Food is absolutely incredible!! Much love and care has been put into this amazing place!!

Amazing experience here! Great wines and the charcuterie board we had was phenomenal. Staff were super friendly and genuine, and the setting was all you could ask for. Highly recommend.

We stayed 2 nights in their elevated yurts!
It was the first time we have done something like this! It was above and beyond our expectations!

Not only are the accommodations absolutely beautiful with the most breathtaking view but the staff is also a huge part to our amazing stay!

It felt very personal and almost like being at home!

The wine and food were amazing! We especially enjoyed the wine tasting they offer! Definitely a great way to find your favourite! We also really enjoyed the breakfast that was brought up to us! So nice to enjoy your beautiful morning without the stress of running around for breakfast!

We are from the city so the quiet was an absolute pleasure! Plus the bathtub outside is AMAZING!

I’ll definitely be recommending others to visit and we will be back again!
