Valerie and Stephen were a joy to work with. Sanitation and organization in the cellar were top notch, and Valerie executed winemaking instructions for my clients perfectly. Great communication and well equipped winery and lab ideal for producing small lot premium wines. I would recommend BC Wine Studio & Carter Wine Co to anyone looking for a quality full service custom crush facility.
Tasting with Valerie was an education in Okanagan wine history. And her wines are excellent, in particular the Ehrenfelzer-Reisling blend was a standout.

The wine is superb, with the Lemberger and Gewürztraminer being exceptional. All in a beautiful setting, providing a fantastic and insightful experience for wine enthusiasts.
