I think they need more staff working at A&W.. the two employees are overwhelmed and mostly focus on the drive thru. The prices for food and drink are very high too.

Ordered breakfast and the hash browns were covered in grease and my toast was not toasted, yet they buttered it knowing this .
This should not of left the kitchen.
They do not take pride in what they send out nor do they care .

Wished to eat the best onion rings, and got some burnt onion rings. Plus order seasoned fries, and got regular soggy fries. Didn’t expect that from A&W.
Asked the workers to give me new onion rings instead and the answer was we are only selling burnt/blackened onion rings for now. Disgusting customer service. The server checked the order before handing to me, still could not see what she is providing to her customers. Worst worst worst A&W I have experienced in all-over Canada. Please make sure to ask before-hand if they sell good onion rings or the bad ones.

We really enjoyed our hamburgers and fries here. I like that you can order diet root beer instead of the regular stuff on the menu. The drive-thru service was okay but the gal didn't seem too friendly. Our food was nice and hot, and our burgers were very flavorful. We just went through the drive-thru and did not dine in.

Super friendly staff. Lots of people eating in, some were regulars because the staff knew their names. My food was piping hot which I appreciated.

If I had a dollar for every time I've been given food with no napkins for drive thru, I could buy the franchise and make sure nobody else would have to wipe their mouth with the bloody bag. Never again
