“While on our September trip to the Desert wine country area near Penticton , we chose to enjoy a personalized wine tasting at Maverick Estate Winery to taste some of their award winning wines…that 45 minutes experience was a pure delight..the staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and very open to our questions..it was mentioned by the staff that minimal intervention was a goal so the natural flavour of their wines could be enjoyed..our purchase was made with a very positive anticipation of sharing with friends when we arrive back in Vancouver..”

“What a fantastic experience! Hester Creek is not just a winery or a restaurant or overnight accommodations, it is an experience. The views are simply stunning and from the moment we arrived we were treated so well. Usually you'd be lucky to have one memorable interaction but between Melissa's warm welcome at the Villa, Susan's knowledge and personality shining through at our tasting, and Kristi's attentive service at dinner at Terrafina, the whole place is obviously staffed up with gems. What an absolute rockstar Kristi is, calmly motoring around the restaurant with a smile on her face the whole time. The food was excellent at both the restaurant and breakfast on our peaceful patio in the morning. So classy but not at all pretentious. We are delighted to be here and we will be back!”

Definitely one of the best places to grab a bite and a beer in the whole region. The food was all delicious, the wine pairings were perfect, and the Affogato for dessert was the caffeinated icing on the cake. “Came up here on the Canada long weekend and enjoyed a concert with some tasty food and thirst quenching wine.They had a local musician do a set who was really good and they sold their wine and some charcuterie boxes. Because it was so hot we had some of their refreshing Harvest Rose, which really hit the spot!The charcuterie box had some nice meats & cheeses, fresh local cherries, some olives and a nice jelly to spread on the crispy crackers. It was delicious and a great way to spend the afternoon!”

“I have this thing where I like to eat food. Problematic if you want to lose weight, but healthy people d*e earlier than expected, too. I wish they would have eaten the food here, they'd have been happier for it.I want to give kudos to the delivery driver specifically. While the food is great and the service is awesome, the guy delivering the pizzas is molto bene.”

My mouth will never forget the crispy potatoes with the perfect amount of pepper, seasoning and phenomenal pillowy grated parmesan cheese!! You will be a regular stop for us in the future!”

“This place has the best clam chowder in Canada! We are east coast chowder snobs and we would put this against any chowder at Menemsha. The fish & chips are delish. Service with a smile. I always wave at the chef and give a ?. They need to franchise to several locations. Yum! A pleasant surprise in the Okanagan!”
