If you want Fish and Chips, this place is the bomb!!! Every time I order fish, be it haddock, halibut or cod, it is perfectly cooked. Never dry, so moist and flakey. Love the little touches of fruit and pickle sides!! Never Change please!

Great little hidden gem. Nothing fancy as far as decor but if you are looking for some tasty fish and chips this is the place in Oliver BC. Generous portions, light and crispy. Would recommend it if you're in the neighborhood.

They let us in at 610 for take out as the closed sign was up...so glad

My sister here from Ontario, decided to have fish and chips. Great dinner!
This is an old school fish and chippie devoid of ambience but somehow comfortable. Forget that! The chips are handcut, smoking hot and crisp, the cole slaw (apple sliver slices on top, deelish) smooth tartar sauce, and the mini fruit salad again crisp and cold. But the piece de resistance, the reason one seeks out and orders FISH and chips... start with unusually large portions (we had haddock and halibut), coat them in a perfect thin and light golden batter, fry them crisp in obviously fresh, clean oil, and serve smoking hot. Solid, white fish the haddock nice and flakey the halibut with that "solidity" that is its trademark. Absolutely reasonably priced in today's market, a must for those who are in or near Oliver and want the real thing. We will return every time we are in the valley. Note we live in Victoria and we can't get this this good at home!!

We come here every year for the fish and chips. Always delicious. The place is small and could be updated. One pet peeve is that we were served by the owner and we debated on tipping and decided not to when there was a tip jar at the till. I still recommend the food.
