We love Church and State winery and wines! Being members of the wine club is an excellent choice and amazing value! We enjoy going to events and tastings offered by the vineyard! Keep up the amazing work folks! You are successful and well loved🥂

Unfortunately, the winery has gone down in quality the past few years. The patio was closed due to a lack of staff and the grounds around the tasting room were a mess (weeds, grass not taken care of, driveway a mess, etc). However, staff were friendly but not aware of history of winery. What used to be our favorite wine and winery will be a skip next time.

Had a great wine tasting! Kelly was funny, friendly, and made it a really fun experience. Loved the bottles we took home!

Unfortunately, it was a horrible experience. The lady that was working there read from cards and made rude comments about men. She seemed like she was on something and had no business being there. The other lady had to help her with charging us for the tasting, which we finally just gave cash to get out of there.

Absolutely Fabulous Brunch! It’s an amazing venue with outstanding food and drink. I can’t wait for my next visit! One of the treasures of the Saanich peninsula.

Had a wonderful wine tasting with Sue! She made the whole experience wonderful. We will be back

Nice venue but the wines we purchased were off (petit Verdot)

We actually had a blast here! Was a bit of a tight ship at first, but once everybody was loosened up, we really enjoyed ourselves.

The views outside are fantastic, it is peaceful, and the seating is cozy. There are misters on the patio, but they didn't seem to he working properly. Would have been nice to have them, but we were OK without them.

We had lots of fun with the staff, especially Corinne? (Spelling?)

We even got to witness a surprise engagement ?! Very cool

Oh...and the wine, let's not forget about that! The wine was Great of course !! There are some great ones here!

We will be back again next year!! Until then!

Excellent time at Church and state - very flexible with giving extra sample when I couldn’t decide what to buy. Very friendly and fun environment

We spent a week in the area and went to multiple different wineries, all of which were fantastic but our best experience (thanks to Justine) was here, at Church and State Winery. Justine was such a pro, not only was she very knowledgeable and sampled us the wines in such a way that we had to purchase nearly everything, but she also pegged our sense of humor, made us laugh and just all around have a wonderful time. 5 full stars for sure! Beautiful place, great people and delicious wines. ?
