This is not a bad resturaunt and the ribs are a decent price at 13 dollars.
Even if you at some point have issues with the downstairs the upstairs may still accomodate you this a pattern I've noticed by coming here every few months use to frequent it more when I had the time but now not so much staff is mostly polite but stresses just a lil although their good at hiding it on busy days.
They always been really good with me upstairs I don't feel forgotten even when it's busy. As far as I am concerned that's good because there is some restaurants that leave you feeling forgotten all the time with long wait times. This one doesn't intentionally do that just gets overwhelmed every now and again. Other then that this is my favorite one in the town and worth paying a visit too even if many things are a bit pricey.
The shrimp skewers are really good ps so are the ribs and a half rack is acturally a pretty big dish keep that in mind when you order. All orders are fairly large except the shrimp skewers which presentation wise feel almost delicate. Best shrimp I have tasted in the entire town.

I love upstairs, the servers are amazing and courteous. Downstairs however, we came on a Tuesday evg as veterans and as soon as we walked in the bartender gave my husband grief. If your trivia night is so exclusive maybe you should post signs that Noone is aloud after it starts.I have never seen or witnessed such rude behavior than that of the blond female bartender on shift this evg. We frequent the upstairs once a week however if that's how you treat people during your trivia night then I question coming back at all. We left without ordering! Our friends who were there befire us left because she was so rude, if she doesn't like her job maybe she should not work there. This is not the behavior we have come to know at the Firehall.
Update: I would like to say thankyou to management who wrote to me and apologized. I appreciate your respect and thoughtfulness.

Wow went to this establishment for late lunch/dinner what wonderful flavorful food!!! Our server Jenna was a beautiful friendly lady and excellent service from her. She made our visit welcoming with the excellent ambiance in the restaurant.

Place we stayed at recommended, lovely food and quick service, had a burger so nothing fancy but it tasted great.
Cute atmosphere but service and food are lacking. Ordered the drink special, while drinking the beverage noticed a fly deep in my drink....ordered the beef burger, wanted to try a different sauce advertised, but on the side in case I wasn't a fan- got my meal and side order of sauce wasn't presented with meal had to follow up with waitress and wait quite a bit of time, finally got the sauce but didn't end up loving it - no biggie, until I bit into my burger and discovered the side sauce was piled on under the cheese, completely ruining the flavor.
Overall disappointing experience... oh and I was charged full price for the drink with a fly. Won't be returning and do not recommend this place at all.

Juli was amazing, fast service. Amazing food large portions and great quality. 10/10 recommend the chicken sandwich if you’re a chicken sandwich person. The BLT had an immense amount of bacon on it! Very thick bacon that was not some cheap bs bacon like most places. I’ll be back, that’s for sure!
