I love upstairs, the servers are amazing and courteous. Downstairs however, we came on a Tuesday evg as veterans and as soon as we walked in the bartender gave my husband grief. If your trivia night is so exclusive maybe you should post signs that Noone is aloud after it starts.I have never seen or witnessed such rude behavior than that of the blond female bartender on shift this evg. The Firehall deserves special points for the food quality. Our fam has enjoyed this gem many items. Very satisfying and priced reasonably. Happy and effective staff. A treat for lunch or dinner.

Even if you at some point have issues with the downstairs the upstairs may still accomodate you this a pattern I've noticed by coming here every few months use to frequent it more when I had the time but now not so much staff is mostly polite but stresses just a lil although their good at hiding it on busy days.
