I dont go to subway often but when I do I seem to get served by the same angry lady. She acts like she is mad that she has to do her job. No hello or goodbye. No thank you or your welcome. It is basically what do you want and leave now. Not expecting a huge smile just some professionalism. I see Jovelyn has more than one complaint on here but yet nothing has changed.....

On Google, it says they close at 10pm. We walked into the store at 9:35pm. The guy behind the counter was already serving two people and looked at us in shock and stated that they were closed. I mentioned that google says 10pm. He quickly went to the back room and came back to say “yes 10pm, but I start cleaning up at 9:30 and leave at 10.” Oliver Subway…maybe don’t have your closing time at 10pm when your employees are stating that they are “closed” at 9:30….

Food is always good. I've noticed the veggies have been a lot more fresh these past few visits. I don't know if it's a change in management or something but it has gotten a lot better. One thing I did notice on this visit is (and I hope they take this as a learning post) was cross contamination. I don't have any problems with my diet but for someone who is vegetarian or vegan or allergic to a certain vegetable or cheese or meat than I think the staff need a ln update course on how to prevent cross contamination. My server did all my meats with the same gloves, which is fine, but after handling the meat with the gloves, he reached into the veggies with the same gloves. Maybe need small tongs or a small serving spoon for these vegetables is a need.

I wanted to share my experience from my recent visit to your store. While the food was okay, we had a disappointing experience with the service. The employee serving us was rude and displayed unprofessional behavior, including giving strange expressions when we asked for additional ingredients and for the sandwich to be grilled. I believe good service is as important as quality food, and I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience at your store.

I visited Oliver subway today and had interaction with an employee named jovelyn she raised her voice when I asked for the assistance I value the service provided by the employee but this experience was disappointing and made me feel unwelcome.
3rd time going here and the sleeves of the employee dragging across my Sandwich while adding vegetables to the persons sandwiches before mine and mine think it would be common sense and cleanliness to roll your sleeves up while making sandwiches

i was warned about going to this subway and this is the worst subway i have been to the veggies are not fresh the tomatoes were old the lettuce was brown and when i tried to get extra veg they were so skimpy i had to ask for extra lettuce 5 times before getting the regular amount of lettuce i normaly get at penticton subway this subway acts like there not ready to part with there veg i dont like asking 50 times to get my sub the way i like so from now on i will buy a lumberjack sub from buylow foods its cheaper and way bigger i dont know how you stay open but im sure you wont be there to much longer if your gonna be so skimpy with toppings

I just had a sandwich wow incredible!!!! Wow I felt im stuffed amazing and The staff is very friendly and always seem to be happy and in a pleasant mood. They are so nice!!!! Ehhh!!!
