Great atmosphere - feels like you've left Canada and sat down for dinner in Europe! The service was excellent, we had Kristi and she is amazing at what she does. The food was all delicious, the wine pairings were perfect, and the Affogato for dessert was the caffeinated icing on the cake. Highly recommend stopping in for dinner even if you're not staying at the winery!

Service was good enough, and the server was a delight and personable, but food was disappointing and unappetizing. It would take too long to describe the full list of food discrepancies, but heres the top. Gonnoci was straight up burnt with stewed tomatos and oddly beets, and the Quinoa beet salad was on a thick bed of aoli(basically mayo) it was a lot. Overall, we were just very disappointed in the food. All we could do was giggle at the absurdity and vow to not come back.

Attended Valentine’s Day supper and was not impressed. Never received our welcome Brut upon arrival. Our main course was greasy. I was shocked. Dessert had clumps in it. Not what I was expecting at all. Over all l would not go back for the price. Service was good but many times my wine glass was empty and they kept our bottle of wine so was not able to fill myself. Meal as 85 dollars per person so felt we overpaid for the experience.

5/5 amazing food and portions. The main doors to the restaurant was probably one of my favourite things about the vibe. Our server was so amazing and telling us all the features. The menu had so many good options. I had the octopus carpaccio to start and the char for a main and both were delicious. Still thinking about that octopus to this day.

Opting for the Elk Shack and Octopus Capriccio, we found the flavors to be slightly above average, offering a pleasing culinary experience. We had a wonderful lunch here on a hot, sunny Sunday. The pergola and patio umbrella helped keep us cool while we enjoyed some amazing food!I had an open faced pork belly sandwich that was savoury from some melted Brie and crispy pork belly, sweet from the apple butter, peppery from the arugula and tangy from the pickled red onions. It was so delicious along with a freshly made side Caesar salad! I enjoyed the ti amo margarita with some tequila, sparkling wine and lime.My wife had the potato & truffle pizza which she raved about! Nice savouriness from the potatoes and mozzarella, spicy and peppery from the chili flakes and arugula and richness from the truffle aioli. She had a lovely Cabernet Merlot wine with it.Total was just under $55/person including tip and worth every penny!Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian options of pizza, pasta or appies.

My tour of six people finished a great tasting at Hester Creek and we then came here for lunch. We had a specific time to finish as we had another winery to visit. The server was receptive to my request of a time frame. My guests were so impressed, not just with the menu offered but they also had a chance to try different wines from what Hester was offering. They went back to purchase another case.The pizzas were a huge hit but it was the spaghetti luncheon that won the gold ribbon. It was a huge win for food, wine and service.
We both had the seared tuna spaghetti and it was truly unforgettable. We were staying in the Hester Creek villas for 1 week and so sorry we had this on our last day. Happily we will be back for almost a week next year and will be so disappointed if this is not on the menu. Even better would be if it was on the dinner menu as well as the lunch menu :)

Perfect venue, lemon prawns as a starter were delicious, I enjoyed the Gnocchi and prawns, wife had a delicious chicken breast , all well prepared. Extensive wine list and outstanding service. Definitely one of the finer restaurants in the region.
