Staff were great! Timing of courses were perfect. Not quick and not sitting there waiting. The tartare and the pork belly was epic. They do a great job up there. Top notch! Cocktails are also fantastic.
Wow! This was our 5th time at Longshots but the first of the 25/26 season and they have upped their game with the food!! We have always enjoyed Longshots for the novelty of getting dressed up without leaving the hill, the delicious cocktails, the atmosphere and great service, but this time round the food was the highlight. Not to be missed as there is a small window to enjoy this remarkable restaurant at the base of Apex Mountain Ski Resort. Attention to detail is unparalleled - cocktails divine, cuisine is top notch, and the service doesn't get any better.
