Disappointing, poorly managed, and understaffed, it is, unfortunately, an increasingly common characteristic of Tim Horton establishments in British Columbia.
The aggressive, greedy, and misguided Tim Horton owner operators are rapidly destroying what was once an iconic Canadian coffee brand.
This location exemplifies the staffing shortage crisis because locals refuse to work under poor management. Waiting ten minutes to receive a coffee with only two individuals ahead is not an exaggeration but reflective of the actual situation.
Historically, I would have contacted the corporate office of Tim Hortons to express my dissatisfaction with poor management. However, those days are in the past. Presently, the primary focus appears to be on profitability. Today, Tim Hortons no longer exemplifies or reflects the values it once stood for and promoted.
As a Canadian traveling within the country for professional reasons, I am disappointed that this Tim Hortons establishment has contributed to the decline of convenient dining options. Consequently, I have been compelled to alter my travel and local meal arrangements which includes bypassing Tim Horton’s entirely.

Food might be good, I don't know. Service, none. Three of us stopped in for breakfast (take out) only to be ignored after standing at the order desk for minutes on end. It was as if we were invisible, no acknowledgement from any staff, nothing. Drive thru didn't appear that busy either so we walked out and went to the Timmy's north of town. Customer service tip - acknowledge the customers even if you're busy at the time, it goes along way.

Absolutely outstanding! My husband went in the restaurant to pick up order to take home, he was offered assistance to his car. Who does that anymore. Thank you to the staff member that went above and beyond!

Honestly I go here almost daily for an Iced cap with an extra shot of espresso. The staff are always super friendly and professional.

When did the breakfast meals stop? I just got charged for every individual item ordered after u asked for a breakfast meal which I thought included a coffee. They only charged me for one which I ordered two. Do better!
