You just can't seem to give good food or service. I watch your workers wear gloves and go straight from touching screen to preparing food ....yikes and then its the same over and over sorry we dont have wedges or pizza or donuts only because you don't want to make it I again bought dinner for my family and spent $39 and the bread was so hard it was not good. Very sad happy Blends will be open soon perhaps they will care more for local repeat customers

I have visited in the morning at the drive thru today to get steeped tea double double instead of that I have received double double coffee. When I returned to the drive thru to escalate the issue regarding the same. The manager name “ Arlie” she was extremely rude and not at all apologetic for the wrong order. Rather, she was telling me that next time give correct order without asking me weather I had given correct order at the drive thru or not. Moreover, when I tried to inform her that it’s a regular practice she was so adamant about the fact that it’s not possible as if I was lying for 2$ tea. She was very rude and not at all empathetic towards her customers. Worst customer service experience I had.

Two times in a row I’ve came in and got a French vanilla both time had no taste, literally just tastes like hot water. This has nearly always been the case when coming in the afternoon, I got 3 medium French vanillas with no taste. Every time I come in the quality is worse and worse. Waste of money and time.

I don't understand what is happening to our most Canada coffee shop ...on any given day you can walk in and see 6-8 people working drive while the front cash has nobody and you stand there waiting and waiting for service ....most often u will try to get dinner after 6 they will tell you the grill is off ....simply due to the fact they dont want to clean it again ...trying to get a simple decaf thats a joke always have to wait. What happen to 20 mins fresh ...ordering in the drive thru takes patience as they dont listen and the order is most times wrong ....and the pizza well who wants to wait 15 mins in a drive thru line up for a coffee and everyone in front of u has ordered a flipping pizza and then they ask to park u for coffee!!!!!! Its come to the point now that i no longer go its a waste of time and money.

Been coming to this location for years. Giving it 5 stars EXCEPT, I have a big problem with their younger new east indian girl. She is rude, abrupt and doesnt look like she even wants to be there. After my experience the last 2 days with her I'm not sure I will be back.
Favorite coffee In town...quick and on budget. Different Options...I might only be concerned about wifi that not always is turn on...specially on a multicultural village as is Oliver..
