Order the same thing every day large triple triple
And the guy either doesn’t listen or care and always makes a x large (both coffees hold the same amount of liquid I know) and then has the nerve to tell me I ordered an xtra large rather than take it as his simple mistake
. Next time tho Im going to pull him right out of the drive thru window
Hugs shout out to this Tram ! We stopping going to Tim Hortons awhile back but when we happened to stop at this one what a treat. Excellent food and great customer service they greet you and care Now we drive from 25km away on weekend just for our breakfast. Keep up the great work to you all ! Do not miss the oliver location one bit they never listen to what you order or care so make the drove and visit this Team :). Thanks for the great service again Amy

BOSS MUST READ ASAP...........so i never write reveiws cuz really!!!! SO THIS IS MY FIRST REVEIW EVER!!!!! so to the girl working on the 26th evening shift you should be promoated so i was down to my last 15 bucks n prob wouldnt have money for few weeks to come not that she knew of this in any way so i order one sandwitch one drink and sum cheap garlic toast well she miss made two other sandwitches n offered them to me how giving n thought full cuz i had one nite of food worth but thanks to the lady lastnight working i have 3 nites if food maybe 4 days worth and I CANT SAY THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!!!!! ive gone to this location 2 yrs and i say 10 outta five guys ur great and sumtimes lil slow but u guys get super busy and i think you short staffed 100% of the time but you guys still get er done n done GOOD thanks for the great staff specially the lady lastnite witch give her a raise she worked for it hard and not ten cent raise give a dollar raise she worth more and could work anywher no prob 😁😁😁😀😁😛😛

It's mostly goodhere . Pretty quick service I just didn't like biting into meat that hadn't been fully thawed. And the fact that it just comes out of the freezer rubbed me the wrong way

It wasn’t busy told the lady theee times I wanted cheese and still didn’t get cheese it mind boggles me that not even just this tummies I go to but every other one never gets orders right u don’t understand at all… how can I tell you three times I wanted cheese and it doesn’t happen?🤣 Genuinely confused
Service was the most horrible that I ever experienced in a Tim Horton's. I know it is a cheap coffee but the customer service should not be cheap. They should provide a great service if they want people to come back. The lady at the front desk taking my order was extremely rude. Apparently her name is Shub... not sure if I spelled it correctly. If she doesn't understand my order is fine... but there is no necessity to rise her voice and shows her frustration. Although, I don't think is difficult to understand that I want a medium French vanilla with half coffee doble doble. I ordered the same coffee every where I go in Canada and this is the first time that I heard they don't know what that's meant. I hope you gave them a better training.

Don't come here if you're expecting a quick drive thru experience.
I started coming here out of convenience but it might actually be faster to drive to the other location on the south side of town. As drive thru times here often exceed 10 minutes. My wait in line between two other cars today was almost 15 minutes.

Very poor communication, it’s been a few times that I’ve been here and every single time either they don’t understand a simple order and make us repeat 3 times or we get a mistake on our order. Every single time it’s a bad surprise. We tried to be more than clear when ordering but they just don’t understand a thing… maybe it’s language barrier, they don’t understand what they have on their menu or just staff not being trained enough? there’s a serious problem… fix it or go open an other place that is less complicated than Tim Horton.

Look, if you're going to charge $1 for extra cream cheese, it better be so much cream cheese that I need to order a second bagel.
It's my pregnancy craving right now, and my husband went to grab me one. When he came home, I was disappointed to see umm regular amount of cream cheese.
Kind of upsetting, but I was starving so I ate it anyway. But yeah, stop charging for extra cream cheese when you're not putting on extra.

Ordered a bacon belt. Got down the road only to realize it had no lettuce or tomato. Isn't that what b.e.l.t. is an acronym for? I called, got automated answering, left message. I expect a new sandwich but I'm getting sfa. What a joke that place is.
