As always, this franchise does not disappoint. I've yet to have bad service here, and I come here often for a London fog or a decaffeinated coffee. Which is always hot and fresh.
I always ask for butter with my drink, and I have never been refused or charged.
Tim's is a Canadian staple!

Walking into Tim Hortons on a crisp morning, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee greeted me like an old friend. The staff, warm and welcoming, took my order with a genuine smile. I decided on a classic Double Double, and within moments, the steaming cup was in my hands. The first sip was perfection—a perfect balance of rich coffee and creamy sweetness. As I settled into a cozy corner, I couldn't help but appreciate the simple joy of starting my day at Tim Hortons. It was more than just a drink; it was a comforting ritual that made my morning special.
We were passing through and stopped for a quencher and an ice cap. The building was nice but the staff were not very friendly, kept asking my order but then would interrupt me and talk to her coworker in another language while I was trying to offer. A simple "we'll be right with you" would have gone a long way.

Waited inside for 20 minutes for 3 muffins
Only 1 person in line ahead of us
Staff ignored the customers in side the store so they could serve all the drive thru customers

Understaffed location and it shows. Ordered a breakfast wrap and the egg tasted rotten. After examining the wrap I found the egg was black and way over cooked. Maybe you guys should just stick to coffee and leave food to McDonalds. Since the Burger king merger Tim Hortons has been declining and is and will be replaced with McDonald's, a burger joint that started selling burgers and now out performs the donut shop that started with donuts and coffee. What a shame.

Worst Tim hortons ever always taking way too long, forgetting their customers and constantly messing up orders. 10 minute wait in drive thru for a sandwhich with no traffic then get handed a chocolate Tim bit for my dog ffs
My friends ordered, I know better.
Watching the ride staff wrong orders and long waits. I go elsewhere.

Wrong orders, long wait, forgotten items, lying about item avalibility and terribly unclean. Employees were on thier phones with gloves on before making food. A bunch of lazy people avoid and go the next closest tims.

Great staff, fast service!
Stopped in a few times over vacation to the area to use the washroom, charge the car and order some drinks or a small meal.
Food: You kinda know what to expect when it comes to Tim Hortons. Highly processed, from frozen foods. Lacks some selection of baked goods for a busy location. All tim Hortons lose a star from me because they take away the good things... Raspberry & strawberry frozen lemonade.
Service: Was awful 2/3 visits. I placed a mobile order, the first time I waited at the pick up area as the app states to do and took about 5 minutes to get service. Second time, I waited at the "order here" location, waiting 5 minutes while they prioritized the drive thru. Then waited another 5 minutes to get my wrap. Wouldn't say they were overly busy, just lacked personnel.
Atmosphere: It's Tim Hortons so you get what you get. Specs of paint missing on walls, and display cases. Might be time for a face lift. I have been to dirtier, but the floor was notably sticky.
Overall: I say this a lot when it comes to major chains, you kinda know what to expect. Probably fine to come in get a coffee/tea or whatever but don't expect no 5 star service.
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options available. Lots of baked goods, currently has cheese pizza. They used to have plant based meat options but don't see them anymore.
Parking: Large parking with 20+ spaces along the outside around the gas bar and in front of the store.
Kid-friendliness: They have timbits and sweets, but wouldn't say they have the most kid friendly menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp at main entry into "On the Run" located beside wheel chair parking. Plenty of room to navigate. The washroom doors are wide and the stall is large.
