All the staff at The Flame were extremely polite and attentive. The food was delicious. We had the vegetable pakora, the coconut nann and the butter chicken. Anmol was so friendly and nice again, as was all the staff. They deserve a medal in hospitality.

Evening meal 7 September 2025. Server Komal was pleasant and helpful. Food was good, and if I don't give five stars, my diet restrictions would limit variety. Atmosphere...well, it's not fancy, but quite acceptable - we were dining in the beginning of off_season, so there were not a lot of others dining near to us. And Komal, as indicated, was very pleasant, and returned often to ensure we were pleased with the meal, and if we had other requests.

Went to The Flame for lunch. The food was amazing, some of the best butter chicken and naan I’ve ever had. Naan is made fresh in shop and they have fresh local sourced ingredients. Would recommend this place for anyone who loves Indian food!
Absolutely amazing food and amazing service! Anmol was a fantastic and attentive server.
We got to the restaurant a little late on a Wednesday night and the kitchen had technically closed for the night, but they still seated and served us.
The food came out quickly and was all delicious. Would highly recommend!

We ordered takeout for 6 people and were quite disappointed with the portion sizes. One Chana Masala, one Daal, and one Paneer dish (about $18 each) came in very small quantities compared to other Indian restaurants. With 15 rotis, there simply wasn’t enough food to go around, and it felt like poor value for money. The taste was fine, but serving sizes definitely need improvement or clearer communication.

This is the worst Indian restaurant I have ever visited in Canada. Bad service and no item in menu is made good. I suggest to avoid this in Osoyoos. Very few options for starters and quantity is a bit less too for the price. Better you go for local cuisine or mexican.
