KFC in Osoyoos is a great addition with yummy chicken. The drive-thru entrance is a bit tight, but the restaurant is clean and has friendly service. The staff goes above and beyond to create memorable experiences for customers. Recently, a team member made a child's birthday celebration special by singing “Happy Birthday” and bringing out a free dessert, which delighted the family. Despite a kitchen delay, the staff generously offered a free meal, showing their commitment to customer satisfaction. With hot, fresh food and quick service, this location is a place worth returning to for more yummy chicken and incredible kindness.
