2 stars because the drive thru is usually pretty quick. No stars for order accuracy... They have yet to get my order right. Quarter pounder extra cheese extra pickles, it's not really complicated. Today was no extra cheese, extra ketchup. Even after she asked again at the window and I corrected her still got extra ketchup no extra cheese. I have had no pickles, no cheese, wrong drink multiple times....

I wish I could give a better review as I HATE leaving negative ones but if anywhere deserves it, it's this McDonalds.
They seem to not know the definition of "fast food" as sometimes a simple burger can take up to 20 minutes (with no one in front of you). I have no idea what is happening inside this McDonalds but it seems to be poorly managed. Prepare to take 15+ minutes if you go.

Really rude assistance hangs up on our call. They should I wanted a pizza style burger and they hung up like what the heck who would do that? I already at one star and it’s very very reasonable. They should be more sensible.🙏🏽😭

Drive thru was busy so I went into the store . Stood at the front desk being ignored for 5-10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there.
I watched 11 vehicles get there food from the drive thru before I got to place my order. Poor service.
So far, this McDonald's has set the bar for me with quality food and service. It's gonna make it harder not to come here all the time.

Ordered a pancake breakfast and the pancakes were literally pulled out of the fridge because they were colder than the ambient air. Buddy forgot to nuke them in the microwave. I was already on the road when I opened the container. Next time I'll check them before driving away. Friendly staff.
