Drive through breakfast Dec4 at 9 am -ordered the new bagel benny and 2 hashbrowns. Confirmed it 3 times as the person taking my order kept saying ‘is that all?’ Is that all? Got to work and it’s the driest bagel of my life - clearly NOT what I ordered. I don’t usually complain but ( always feel like they don’t care what I order and rush me through the ordering process) I took photos but it won’t allow me to use them.

Want pickles ? Don’t order a triple Mcpickle . (Pickle mc crispy) now I know it’s dumb to review a McDonald’s as more than.. a McDonald’s .. but this was just sad .. (I guess to be expected) we don’t get fast food, it’s out of our budget but we’d had a hard week, were tired and passing by.. I guess we should’ve kept our money and stayed hungry until we got home to eat real food as this just made the day worse .. so much for wanting a guilty “treat” as it was more of a trick and Halloween’s over ..

I can here four different times during my stay in osoyoos, the food was pretty good and came quite fast, the bathrooms were decently clean and the atmosphere was calm but could have had better music on, however what really made my visits here was the Employee Ryker. Ryker went above and beyond to make sure our visits were as good as can be, I was truly astonished by his commitment to making this establishment as good as it can be, I am however utterly disgusted that I didn’t see Ryker on the employee of the month board behind the counter. I would strongly suggest giving him the next employee of the month

Don't know why I get charged for a bag when I get a to go order. I have hands & was not even asked if I wanted a bag but charged for one. Threw the bag in the garbage as it was not needed.
By far the McDonald’s I’ve ever been to!! (And I’ve definitely been to my fair share across Canada, the US, and Europe haha). The staff here are really kind and helpful, thanks for going out of your way to charge my phone today :D and the inside is pretty clean!

Refused to give me mcchicken sauce after I bought 5 full meals. Said it's an extra $5 for 6pkgs. Clearly they're ripping off customers and keeping the money. What a joke. They were all incredibly rude. I'll never go again
