Rude and arrogant staff, absolute deplorable customer service. Both drinks ordered were made incorrectly, despite being asked repeatedly to confirm and confirmed correctly on the sticker order. Will not stop in ever again.

The main cashier/barista (short red hair) is not very friendly and comes off quite condescending. The washroom was also in need of attention and had no toilet paper.

It all depends on who's working. I've had rude staff or really long wait times. Then on other days really great staff that are efficient and friendly.

I have gone thru the drive thru 4x and asked for SPICY FALAFEL pocket and they keep handing me the chicken one. Im a busy mom I drive off and then find it looming oozing out that weird white sauce. Ruining my day.

Went here for a birthday drink and snacks with my family and it wasn’t a good experience. It was fairly empty inside and we’re a larger family, but never had to wait more than 10, maybe 15 minutes. Drinks came out quick but had to wait 20 minutes for 5 bakery items to be warmed WHICH were ALL manhandled by the lady’s hands and NOT with the required tongs. Watched her put back together someone’s FALLEN sandwich with her BAREHANDS. The same lady was rude, walking all over at her coworkers and snapping at her supervisor (or manager). We’ll be getting Timmies or local coffee for the rest of our trip.

Disorganized location. Took 25 minutes from the time we ordered to the time our order was completed and given to us. Woman manning the ovens was handling food with her bare hands. I am a former Starbucks Partner, and while I can appreciate how stressful the aspects of the job can be, there is no reason to be touching any of the pastries or heated foods with your bare hands before or after they come out of the oven. Gross.

Awful service, gone here two time and both times my order was forgotten and after 20 minutes of waiting for an online order I asked and was told “they’re too busy” my cup was sitting unmade and forgotten.

The store looks hectic, mismanaged, overall beyond unorganized, I am unsure how you forget someone’s order half way through making it… TWICE. And everyone else works around it without asking what was going on with it (give it was labeled with ice in it and beside a blender full of the ingredients).

Everytime I’ve asked they provide excuses and say it’s too busy but yet everyone else gets their orders without waiting 20 minutes. When i ask d they all tried to pass blame on someone else and say it’s not their did it as if that changes the results or solves my problem of not having a drink. Unsure who the manager is but doesn’t seem to run the “team” very well at all.

They have a drive through and understand that adds a level of complexity but they either need it to be taken away as they clearly can’t handle it atop instore orders or a manager that can handle it.

I was waiting in queue, served the employee first, who was not working. Then the lady with red hair started dealing with other stuff again just standing for 10 mins. Two of them came after me and took their drinks and were gone, but I was still sitting and looking. Just totally unacceptable!!!

Super rude staff. She gave me and my family attitude for ordering on the app and pulling through drive through way too fast. Even though there was not a single patron before or after us. She basically scolded us as she gave us our single drink order. Hope that made her feel powerful and in charge.
