Beautiful location but the customer service was not great and when ordering any vegan or vegetarian make sure to check before you leave because they keep giving giving people chicken wraps instead of the falafel wrap, check the other reviews it seems to be a constant thing with them.

I ordered the falafel wrap, the only vegan item on the menu and there was CHICKEN in it. I grabbed this on my way out of town, so I didn't know about the error until I got to Manning Park. Never going back there again.

Brittni at the Osoyoos Starbucks is absolutely fantastic! She is always friendly, delightful, and consistently goes the extra mile with customer service. She adds a genuine smile to every visit and makes the experience feel personal and positive every time. Not only does she help deliver great coffee — she delivers truly great service as well. Brittni makes the Osoyoos Starbucks a better place to stop in, and she deserves recognition for the amazing work she does!

Just moved to the area from the lower mainland and frequented Starbucks there.. Today was my first visit to this location. I ordered my drink through the app because I had my dog outside. There was no other customers as I walked in…. Didn’t get a hello as I entered or anything even after I said thank you. The gentleman on the drive thru window was greeting everyone and sounded very friendly. Back to Junction Coffee!

Rude and arrogant staff, absolute deplorable customer service. Both drinks ordered were made incorrectly, despite being asked repeatedly to confirm and confirmed correctly on the sticker order. Will not stop in ever again.

It’s so inconvenient that they never have pick-up at store as an option.
And whenever I drive thru, they would always get my order wrong.

Beautiful location in Osoyoos. Fast friendly service. Love the laid back interior. Food selection also very good.

The main cashier/barista (short red hair) is not very friendly and comes off quite condescending. The washroom was also in need of attention and had no toilet paper.

It all depends on who's working. I've had rude staff or really long wait times. Then on other days really great staff that are efficient and friendly.

I have gone thru the drive thru 4x and asked for SPICY FALAFEL pocket and they keep handing me the chicken one. Im a busy mom I drive off and then find it looming oozing out that weird white sauce. Ruining my day.

Went here for a birthday drink and snacks with my family and it wasn’t a good experience. It was fairly empty inside and we’re a larger family, but never had to wait more than 10, maybe 15 minutes. Drinks came out quick but had to wait 20 minutes for 5 bakery items to be warmed WHICH were ALL manhandled by the lady’s hands and NOT with the required tongs. Watched her put back together someone’s FALLEN sandwich with her BAREHANDS. The same lady was rude, walking all over at her coworkers and snapping at her supervisor (or manager). We’ll be getting Timmies or local coffee for the rest of our trip.

Disorganized location. Took 25 minutes from the time we ordered to the time our order was completed and given to us. Woman manning the ovens was handling food with her bare hands. I am a former Starbucks Partner, and while I can appreciate how stressful the aspects of the job can be, there is no reason to be touching any of the pastries or heated foods with your bare hands before or after they come out of the oven. Gross.
